Really had a great experience and the host was very helpful and responded immediately to all my messages. Check in process was easy. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a long stay. It was clean and I really liked the decor with lots of books, work desk, and artwork. I felt very comfortable staying and working from here. The building is in a quiet area. There are grocery stores and a pharmacy outside. The people here are very friendly. Lots of nice families playing on the playground outside in the evening. There is a nice area with a lot of restaurants and shopping about 1-2km across the lake. There are also a few restaurants and a movie theater just a short walk down a scenic path.

Definitely recommendable, especially if you are planning to stay for a longer period of time as the place even has a washing machine and a kitchen if you feel like cooking. The AC works fine and the Internet is pretty good. The entire building complex is packed with restaurants, grocery stores, laundry services etc. - you just need to take the elevator down and find everything you need - very convenient. The neighborhood is peaceful and the lush greenery makes you want to go for a walk around the block 🙏 Thanks for hosting me 🙏

The stay was really great and we enjoyed it. There were a lot of toys, and our kids played all day long.

A great experience, if I had a chance I would go back again

I had an amazing stay at the studio on the 39th floor. The room was spotless, stylish, and offered stunning views from such a high vantage point. The location was perfect. The host was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely apartment, very cozy, beautiful, it was very nice to be in it every day. It's exactly like the pictures. Ecopark is super well maintained, green, beautiful, just huge, and I can't even imagine how much work has been put into it and keep investing every day. Nhung was very friendly, helpful with all questions, and in my opinion did even more than I should (in the most positive sense). We stayed there for a month and it was very sad to leave. We have been traveling for a year now, we have lived in 5 different countries, in different conditions, and at the moment this is the best place we have stayed in. I really hope to come back here again. Thank you very much to the hostess for the opportunity to live in such a wonderful place!)

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

This place was amazing! And the hosts are very proactive, sending recommendations and asking if we needed anything else constantly. Place had a washer and detergent which was very lovely and we felt very comfortable here.

Great place! Bathroom are interesting but I think this is standard for Vietnam and worked great for a big group of girls!

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

This apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to most attractions including train street, Hoan Kiem lake, Beer Street and Night Markets. The big window in the living room area is better than having a balcony. We were able to sit at the window and watch all of the action below when we came back in the afternoons to cool off from the heat and when we got heavy rain. We never felt stuck inside like you would at most places that just had a balcony or regular size window, if it rained or was too hot outside. It was so much fun watching the every day life of the locals, sitting in comfortable chairs, drinking coffee and just watching from the floor to ceiling window. We also got to watch vendors pushing their bikes going buy selling fruit, flowers etc. Lyn was an amazing host who was quick to response before I even booked and checked in on us once we arrived to make sure everything was good. She also was able to book us an early morning pickup to the airport.

Modern, spacious and clean apartment. Hosts were very prompt at responding and were understanding when we needed assistance. Good location near old quarter - safe area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Provided drinking water throughout our stay and included weekly cleaning services. Would highly recommend staying here. One thing to note is that it is set across four floors so not ideal if you struggle with stairs.

everything was great, Henry was very helpful. For the price you cannot go wrong. 1 minus point but the bathroom was somewhat unclean. The hand soap was missing But still, I would definitely book again. Thanks

i came back for the 2nd time for work and also left soon but still satisfied about everything as the first time. the host proactively contacted and supported. i liked their design taste, each time was a different good experience. hope they will continue to keep everything perfect when I come back. highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at Anh Tuan's home! It was spotless clean, very well located, spacious and had all the amenities I needed. Aside from his beautiful home, Anh Tuan was an exceptional host who was always extremely friendly and responsive! He even took us to an Onsen and showed us the city of Hanoi!! Really cant recommend his home and him as a host enough!! Thank you so much!!!

Quite & good sleep at night. Clean & efficient equipment. Responsive host. What more can you ask for for a short work stay? I also love the fact that the scent diffuser created a signature feeling when coming into the studio. Recommend to other guests!

The interior structure is exactly the same as the photos The air conditioner in the living room wasn't cool, but It wasn't uncomfortable to stay.

Such a great experience. probably one of the best place in Hanoi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and great at communicating, highly recommend!
