Martino and his parents were very welcoming, kind and nice, the accommodation is new, very clean and very spacious. The area is very quiet and by car you can reach very beautiful beaches with ease, the center of Pola can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. A stay here is really recommended.

Pleasant accommodation, parking close to the residence. Nice balcony. Very clean and nicely decorated. A little far from the center on foot but we found free parking closer to the old town (free parking is its name on the map).

Had the most beautiful and relaxing experience. The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions to local beaches. Very proactive, reaching to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again.

I stayed at Christina's place with my 15-year-old daughter and a dog in early May. It is really perfect, you have a terrace with little garden fenced to yourself. The flat is perfectly equipped. 👌In two minutes you will be by the sea. We enjoyed the tranquility and nature. Christina and her husband are very helpful and always open to questions. You are right by car in Medulin, Pula, Premantura, ect. We will be happy to come back.😊

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment above the house of the extremely friendly and helpful Suzi and her family. We didn't miss anything. Large terrace where you can sit in the sun from morning to late afternoon. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with several large supermarkets within walking distance. The amphitheater is about a fifteen-minute walk. We would certainly recommend this apartment to everyone for short and longer stays.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We felt super comfortable in this tasteful house. It has many creative elements and is therefore very individual and charming. Breakfast overlooking the countryside in a small seating area behind the house and the evening in the cool courtyard area. And our dog always found a suitable place for himself. Very nice, we will be happy to come back.

Larisa’s place is the best price/performance we ever experienced in Istria. The apartment is freshly renovated, super clean and spacious, with everything one needs in the kitchen and an amazing terrace. The location is a perfect starting point to explore the surrounding area (especially with bikes). Larisa is a real superhost - very friendly, helpful with recommendations and flexible with our arrival and departure. We can’t wait to visit again.

Everything is amazing

Great stay, close to the water, friendly and kind neighbors.

The apartment was very clean and easily accessible by car. The sea was a 10-15 minute walk and offers a pebble beach. At this time of year, many restaurants are already closed, but there are also significantly fewer tourists. You can reach Paula by car in a few minutes and a small supermarket is right next to the apartment. The local beach is not necessarily suitable for snorkeling activities. For this, you should visit nearby bays, such as “The Columbian Grotto Beach” or “Prostina” by car. These can be reached in minutes. The area around the property is heavily geared towards tourism and therefore offers numerous leisure activities, but hardly any local venues. Overall, I highly recommend it for 4 people looking for a well-equipped apartment with plenty of space in Croatia and not wanting to spend too much money.

Exceptional place, everything is spotless even more beautiful than in the photos. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. Mario was the perfect host with assistance on all matters.

The place has everything you need and is very clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped, with an oven and even air conditioning. Supermarkets and the old town are within walking distance. Approximately 5 minutes by car you can even find a very good climbing spot. The place is 100% as described!

Staying in this apartment was wonderful! The apartment delighted us from the first moment – it was beautifully and stylishly decorated, with attention to every detail. The interior was not only aesthetic, but also very functional. The apartment was well equipped – we lacked nothing, and the available amenities far exceeded our expectations.
