Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par la mère de l’hôte,très gentille elle nous a offert une visite des lieux de plus un ami de la famille est venu servir d’interprète,ce qui a facilité de beaucoup notre expérience à Porto .C’est un endroit agréable,tranquille nous avons apprécié notre séjour.Merci Anna Rosa ! Vous êtes très sympathique!

Somos una familia de 5 personas que viajamos a Oporto por primera vez. El apartamento es precioso y está súper limpio y bien ubicado, tal cual las fotos. La zona es súper tranquila, lo que hace que tengas mucha intimidad y cero ruido. Para llegar a Oporto, apenas tardas 10 minutos en coche para estar en el centro de la Ciudad. Además los taxis, son baratos y también hay un bus. Agradecemos a Mike toda su atención, fue impecable desde el minuto uno, además nos recomendó restaurantes y puntos de interés por la zona. Volveríamos a repetir sin ninguna duda.

Appartamento molto curato dotato di tutti i confort. 3 ampie camere, 2 delle quali con bagno in suite, ampio soggiorno con balcone riparato e meravigliosa vista sul fiume. Garage al piano terra facilmente accessibile dall’appartamento.

Excelente opción para ir a visitar Oporto. El apartamento queda alejado del centro, pero las buenas comunicaciones (autobús que para justo enfrente y con 3-4 frecuencias horarias, que te deja en 30 min en el centro ), hacen que éste sea un problema menor. Además, tiene la ventaja de poder aparcar fácilmente si se va en coche. Es cómodo y funcional, con todo lo necesario, y muy limpio. Pedro demostró ser un gran anfitrión, respondiendo todas nuestras dudas enseguida y ayudándonos con instrucciones y recomendaciones claras y precisas.

El piso fue espectacular, el anfitrión muy agradable, nos cruzamos con el cuando fuimos de turismo por Oporto y fue muy simpático. La zona es bastante tranquila y no hay muchas cosas cerca pero el piso merece la pena. Las vistas espectaculares. Sin duda volvería

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. We are 3 couples and it was helpful to have 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was a little tricky because the address is a little ambiguous. We arrived in 2 separate taxis and although we both provided the same address, we were brought to 2 different locations. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful with dinner and transportation recommendations. We were out of dishwashing pods and he delivered some to us within half an hour. There were minor things that needed repairs but they didn’t affect our stay. Another bonus is that there is a beautiful running route about half a km away and you can run all the way along the river up to Matosinhos.

Agradável surpresa, desde a varanda com uma vista desafogada sobre o rio Douro, como as restantes divisões da casa muito confortáveis e acolhedoras. Tudo muito bem limpo e arrumado. Têm também uma garagem espaçosa que facilita o estacionamento. Dado o calor dos dias da reserva, só faltou mesmo o ar condicionado, para tornar a experiência perfeita. No entanto, para dias mais frios, há opções de aquecimento.

The flat is very comfortable. It has everything you may need. The communication was very useful. The parking is convenient, as you will need a car to move around. Amazing views of the River Duero.

Margarida foi muito gentil, bem como a senhora que nos atendeu no chek in. O local estava equipado e extremamente limpo. O metro fica a 2min do apartamento e há um pequeno centro comercial próximo. O melhor é o mercado que fica cerca de 200m de distancia. É fácil ir a parte turistica de Porto utilizando o metro (15 min). Recomendo seguramente!

Muito bom um ótimo lugar

Absolutely beautiful space! The building is secure and very quiet at night. Isa was an attentive and responsive host that did her very best to meet our needs! We would love to stay again the next time we return to Porto!

We had a great few days in Jessica’s apartment. We were able to leave our bags early and it was really easy to get hold of Jessica before and during our stay. The apartment is in a central location, but is still quiet and peaceful.

Pasamos muy buenos días, todo igual a lo que anunciaba. Vistas espectaculares al río y la casa preciosa. Por ponerle un contra personal faltaba un trapo de cocina o papel de cocina. Pero por decir algún contra la verdad que lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda si quieres pasar unos días tranquilo y mejor que en casa con las mejores vistas,

I've had a lovely stay. The location is superb. The place is clean, bed very comfortable, everything you might need is there. Marco was very friendly and responsive. I'd definitely stay again.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Er werd altijd direct gereageerd op vragen die we hadden en de suite... prachtig. Heerlijke jacuzzi en klein patio enorm bed. We hebben genoten !!

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.

Very spacious and clean unit, friendly hosts, Porto was much better than I expected, beats Lisbon. 100% walkable to tourists attractions, great restaurants, stores, markets and so on. I would have loved to spend more time there.
