Rosa is a very kind person, concerned about your well-being and always ready to help. It is true that the garden is very pleasant for those who come with their pet. However, the street is somewhat noisy and frequented by drivers! All in all, exceptional stay in value for money. We'll be back, THANKS to Rosa!

We are a family of 5 traveling to Porto for the first time. The apartment is beautiful and is super clean and conveniently located, just like the photos. The area is super quiet, which gives you a lot of privacy and zero noise. To get to Porto, it only takes 10 minutes by car to get downtown. In addition, taxis are cheap and there is also a bus. We thank Mike for all his attention, he was impeccable from the start, and he also recommended restaurants and points of interest in the area. We would definitely repeat again.

The apartment was spectacular, the host was very nice, we ran into him when we were sightseeing in Porto and he was very nice. The area is quite quiet and there's not much nearby, but the apartment is worth it. Spectacular views. I would definitely go back

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. We are 3 couples and it was helpful to have 3 bedrooms with 3 separate bathrooms. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in was a little tricky because the address is a little ambiguous. We arrived in 2 separate taxis and although we both provided the same address, we were brought to 2 different locations. The host was always quick to respond and very helpful with dinner and transportation recommendations. We were out of dishwashing pods and he delivered some to us within half an hour. There were minor things that needed repairs but they didn’t affect our stay. Another bonus is that there is a beautiful running route about half a km away and you can run all the way along the river up to Matosinhos.

Pleasant surprise, from the balcony with an unobstructed view over the Douro River, as the rest of the house very comfortable and welcoming. Everything is very clean and tidy. They also have a spacious garage that makes parking easy. Given the warmth of the booking days, only the air-conditioning was missing, to make the experience perfect. However, for colder days, there are heating options.

The flat is very comfortable. It has everything you may need. The communication was very useful. The parking is convenient, as you will need a car to move around. Amazing views of the River Duero.

Margarida was very kind as well as the lady who attended us in the chek in. The site was equipped and extra clean. The metro is 2min from the apartment and there is a small mall nearby. The best is the market that is about 200m away. It is easy to go the touristic part of Porto using the metro (15 min). I definitely recommend it!

Excellent apartment, large, bright, has everything you need. Good location. Nearby is a shopping center, playgrounds for children, supermarkets, pharmacies. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

AMAZING!! the place was spotless and had most of the things we needed, (we just wished for more toilet roll and bin bags and maybe some coffee pods) the house has amazingly big windows that let in a lot of light but are tinted in a way that you can't see in from the outside- the kitchen had everything, but could do with a tray for the oven, and a washing machine but no dryer- maybe some washing machine pods would be nice as we only stayed a short time so we didn't want to buy a lot of washing powder...the shower is super spacious , hot and the water pressure is AMAZING!! the bed large and comfortable and dark but a little on the cooler side- the space is beautifully decorated and super cozy! my boyfriend and I talked alot and imagined living there it was so perfect for us! it's an amazing location with a couple of shops nearby and a park outside for children! the hosts were always there if we had any problems and the neighbors were lovely! it's a short drive to the city centre 10/10

My family had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed exploring Gaia and loved the view of Porto! Isa and Hugo were very quick to respond to our questions and helped with any problems we had. They were easy to communicate with and very kind. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will remember our stay fondly!

This was the perfect spot for us in Porto! The building is very secure - and quiet! Jessica made it very easy to check in - get in the building and apartment. The apartment was a great amount of space for the 2 of us - especially having 2 bathrooms :). The balconies were wonderful to enjoy in the morning and evening - there's one on each side of the apartment. The neighborhood is mostly quiet - minus some local birds. I also utilized the laundry machines which was very straightforward. Overall, it was a great stay and we would rebook! Thanks!

This location is not only unique for this area - easy access to everything, Port Cellars, Resto’s, bridge, river sightseeing but provides one of the most stunning and picturesque views of Porto - right from the front room with floor to ceiling windows. It’s a spectacular view, especially in the evening yet provides a peaceful and restful location to recoup after a day out. Great zone for day or evening walks right along the Douro with a dedicated river walkway. You won’t be disappointed!!

We had a great stay in Porto. Very nice flat with beautiful views. Large rooms and two bathrooms. Unfortunately we weren't lucky with the weather so spent our days in the centre, easy and cheap access by taxi. Food shop is 15 minutes walk from the flat, there is large selection of everything including fresh fish. I definitely recommend this flat and hope to be back.

Lovely and available host. Ideally located near Casa de musica and therefore very well connected by transport. Bedding of 2m x 2m extremely appreciated. Very nice decor. In a charming old building so necessarily not very well softening. Very well maintained common areas. Thank you very much

Walking distance to everything we needed and closer than we thought we would be. Very clean, private and staff were welcoming. We frequently used the games room and the pool. Also there’s an elevator for brining luggage upstairs which is great. Overall, great place and would stay again.

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.
