Martine and Pierre's accommodation is ideal for small families, close to Forget Island for walks with children. Easy access to a park-and-ride lot to get to Nantes by public transit! Martine and Pierre are very welcoming and have nice touches for travelers!

Very nice house with a lot of character, very well renovated and very clean. Numerous amenities in the kitchen. Very good heating. Nice living room. We had a great time with our friends.

We spent 3 nights in Martin's house. It is nice, cozy and very clean. The weather allowed us to enjoy the outdoor layout from morning to night. We reached Nantes by bus (free on Saturdays) and on Fridays there is a market right across the street from the house. Parking is available nearby. We were 10 adults and had enough space to live comfortably. Note that the bedding is more suitable for 3 couples with children. The beds in the upstairs rooms are suitable for small children. We highly recommend this rental for a stay in Nantes.

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive.
