Beautiful stay with breathtaking views. You will stay in the lower part of the cottage (the upper part is reserved for the owner), so the accommodation may seem a little dark. The cottage is well-equipped, and very quiet. The mountain views are splendid. Thank you for this trip!

Everything was perfect, as described and in the photos. Clean accommodation and everything you need is available (linens, towels, coffee etc...). The trailer is well separated from the owners' accommodation, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the garden in complete privacy. The place is very quiet and soothing, ideal for relaxing after a walk in Annecy.

Sylvie is very welcoming and available. The listing is identical to the description. It's a little cocoon. We'll be back.

Hélène is a very hospitable host. She provided us with everything we needed for our baby and was available to provide us with all the comforts we needed. We had a great weekend in this small cottage with very welcoming, flexible hosts and with good recommendations. The accommodation is very good, I would highly recommend it!

Evelyne greeted us warmly when we arrived. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The cherry on the top was the whole apartment is kitted out for babies and young children, which was so wonderful for our little granddaughter. The views are stunning, and just a short drive down to Aix-les-Bains and youre at the beautiful lake. We had a really pleasant stay. Thank you Evelyn.

Roberta is a very friendly host, good advice, responsive and accommodating. The accommodation is well arranged, very clean and well-equipped. The veranda and garden are really nice and direct access to the lake is a very positive point. At Roberta's you will feel at home, I recommend it 200%.

Atypical accommodation with magnificent exteriors. The bedrooms are large and the character of the building has been preserved even with the addition of modern services. Very warm and simple welcome. It was a beautiful stay, picture perfect in an alpine setting. The house is decorated beautifully, true to the region. It has all the essentials including a functioning kitchen. Highly recommend it!

The apartment was in the heart of the old town - could have not been better location. The apartment was also very clean, well equipped, and the bed super comfortable. If you want to stay around Lake Annecy, it is at Marc's place that you have to go. Relaxing, well located to shine,and following the marc directions you will not be decus.belle terrace to settle in and pool to cool off after the walks with a great panorama. Really look no further.

Very beautiful and large house with its outbuilding. Wonderful setting of tranquility and charm with a beautiful pool. Several terraces all around. Very complete equipment. A great place for corporate team-building meetings.
