Tere was super friendly, she waited for us on arrival to show us the house even though we arrived later than expected, she gave us many recommendations to visit and was attentive to us throughout the trip. The house is wonderful, the rooms are large and comfortable and the house has all the amenities even for our young children and the location is unbeatable. Definitely a 10 for everything. I hope I can come back soon

We had a great stay here for one month. The view is great, especially when you wake up in the morning. Rafael was very responsive and super helpful with everything (even giving local recommendations), and we had a great stay. Its a bit hilly to walk up to the apartment, but totally okay. Overall, we wish we stayed longer both in the apartment and in Santander, thank you for the stay Rafael! We hope to come again one day, what a great city.

The house has an excellent location. A quiet area, very easy to park and you can walk to the beach of El Sardinero super fast and if you want to go downtown and not walk too much, you have a bus nearby too.

Enjoyed our stay, it was clean and well equipped with everything we needed and was close to the beach, we had a lovely time and hope to come back again.

this is one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in in a while! she thought of everything! there was even condiments and some food for us. the place was nice and clean and the bed was great. it was a short walk to the beach and close to numerous restaurants. we will definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

We spent a weekend with friends at Carmen's house. We were comfortable. The house is wonderful in terms of space, comfort, services and a short walk from downtown. Communication with Carmen was great from the first moment, making it easy for us to check in and out. I highly recommend this accommodation. And it's amazing for children too! They have a trampoline, a game room... everything is taken care of in detail!

From the first moment, all the amenities, explanation upon arrival, impeccable accommodation and with all the amenities. Always attentive to all the help and making sure that we were comfortable. Definitely our reference site when we return to the area. Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

We had such a fabulous stay at Cristina's apartment! Firstly, Cristina herself is just the sweetest person. As soon as we booked the apartment, she was incredibly communicative and helpful, not missing a detail! She also provided us with a ton of great recommendations for around the area. She is really a fantastic host. The apartment is also amazing, and exactly as it appears in the photos - gorgeous seaviews, everything you need and more, and absolutely spotless. We especially loved that you had the incredible views in every room! Additionally, the living room was large and comfortable, the bedroom beautiful, with a super comfortable bed, good water pressure and temperature throughout, and a spacious well-equppied kitchen. We loved it all! When we return to Spain, we would love to stay here again. Thanks again Cristina :)

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and downtown, while still being in a quieter neighborhood.

We had a lovely time in Cristina's apartment. Everything is there as in the description. The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. The best is, of course, the large window facing the sea. You always have something interesting to look at in any weather. Cristina and Iván were very friendly hosts and welcome you personally. (In our case, it was Iván) We would definitely come back.
