Good calm spot. On a simple side street and just a no frills easy stay. If you're not the party type and just want a pool to sit at and relax and some nice plants on the grounds. This is the place. The rooms are simple and decently decorated.

This is my second time staying here and I would again. Safe place quiet surroundings and near everything. The owner is very friendly and always willing to help and make you feel like at home

It was a little slice of paradise. Located right near all the bars and restaurants and everything you could need as tourists, yet the building is quiet and very relaxed even with all the festivities in the surrounding areas. JUAN was very responsive, he never took more than five or 10 minutes to reply. We had no issues everything was as promised. It was a great stay

The place is nice, the bakery downstairs is open 24 hours, the neighborhood can be a bit noisy in the mornings but it's nothing unbearable. The apartment is very well equipped, perhaps the only thing missing is salt in the kitchen. But otherwise, everything it has is enough. The bathroom is very comfortable and larger than shown in the photos, the bed is comfortable and large enough. It's an excellent place and quite safe.

A good place to stay, central and with good equipment.

A very interesting, cleverly designed basement apartment in a very nice, quiet, and very hilly residential neighborhood. (No direct sunlight.) Juan Carlos and his wife are very generous with the public spaces, including a beautiful terraza with a spectular view of Cali. There are several other studio apartments, and sometimes you can hear conversations, but nothing too loud or inappropriate.

Very nice apartment, it has everything that is in the pictures and even a little more. Mary is a great host from the beginning to the end of the stay. The building is comfortable, it is close to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers, but most importantly, it is a very safe area where you can go for a walk without any fear. A nice place to enjoy Cali and its people, highly recommended.
