The lodge is stunning and beautiful, apart from very well-organized and clean. The house is really beautiful, and the land is very quiet and beautiful, perfect to relax and share. Quiet and safe environment, excellent cabins, well equipped, comfortable. Privileged location, away from the hustle and bustle of the village, but close to warehouses and services. The hosts are great people, at all times concerned about our well-being. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, quiet and in a close distance from Pucon. The hotel is nicely decorated, full of details, it is a small place with a homey atmosphere, but where you can enjoy enough space and privacy. Highly recommended!

It is a hostel that allows you to enjoy elaborate nature and you can see that there is a lot of love set in every place. There are several very nice terraces to enjoy and the rooms, no matter how small, are very comfortable. The location is ideal when it is well close to Pucón and also the routes to access the natural parks of the area.

The hotel is wonderful, the views are amazing, and the facilities are in perfect condition. The staff is friendly. If they go without a car the Ubers will look for you and take you without any problem despite the climb being steep. They cleaned the room daily. The breakfast is very delicious and complete. The only "bad": there is no wi-fi in the rooms, only in common areas and with Movistar the signal is bad. The positive side is that you manage to disconnect a lot thanks to that. The other thing that could be better is the strength of the water in the shower. Best: watching the sunset from the temperate pool with a view of the lake. There is also cable TV and it works perfect for entertaining before sleeping.

Great place and location to spend a few days in Pucón. The decor of the accommodation is very warm and the receptionist Andrea quickly attended to all the concerns we had. The bathroom door handle was a little loose, but it's something that can be fixed very easily. The bed and heating were amazing. I would repeat the place a thousand times over! 100% recommended.

The accommodation is exactly as described, it was a little confusing to arrive because it was dark when we arrived and we were confused as a doorman, but the accommodation is exactly as described, comfortable and neat and the sky at night is a show. Carolina welcomes you to her family home. A private room is available and can use the common areas (bathroom). Her house is an authentic place and she serves you a hearty homemade breakfast. In one word, Carolina is a love, she does everything to best accommodate you. Great plus: she also does massages, so take the opportunity to relax.

Excellent stay

Excellent accommodation, everything was very clean and tidy, very good heating. The staff is very attentive and willing to help. The location is perfect, close to downtown and the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent... they served an exquisite fruit cake! I would definitely come back.

One of the best places I could stay in, the pieces very clean and with beautiful windows overlooking the river. The lake is at the lake of the house so the nights are super relaxing with the sound of the river in the background. Both José Luis and Lucy are very friendly and close hosts who allow you to feel at home and have all the comforts as if it were your home. The only thing I recommend going by car to facilitate mobilization, since it is a very rural area with little locomotion... but anyway the hosts facilitate contacts and instructions to mobilize more easily. It is a very quiet place that allows you to disconnect and enjoy nature that I recommend a lot.
