The accommodation includes 1 bedroom on the ground floor, a bedroom and a mezzanine upstairs with in each room a large bed of 160 or 2 beds of 80, a bathroom, toilet, kitchen with all the equipment in a large room of 30 M2. It is located in a quiet area with a courtyard with parking, possibility of fishing from the terrace, access to the tennis court (net from May to November) and the bowling green.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.
