Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Val d'Issoire

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

Very nice quiet place and very pretty house, change of scenery guaranteed!In addition, the hosts were really very welcoming and warm, Camille does everything to make you feel at home, and gives good advice on activities and walks to do in the area. Thanks to her I was able to visit the Roman baths of Chassenon, I recommend them! The whole family is very nice, even the cat. And the bonus: Miss Toutou is very very very nice, very cuddly and with my dog they got along really well! I recommend this house and its hosts 100%!

Beautiful old house tastefully renovated. Very spacious, quiet and comfortable for a summer stay. Lovely garden-terrace with breathtaking views of the castle. Very well-equipped house. Everything is within walking distance and private garage.

Very good stay in the countryside, Sylvie was very welcoming, the place was very quiet. Flawless accommodation, very clean, the only small downside was that we were a little cold at night.

A little haven of peace. We felt so good that we extended our stay! This is a perfect gite for a couple with one or two children. The place is safe, our daughter loved it. Everything is there, well organized and we found the house quite spacious. There is a small freshwater square 10mn walk away (20mn if you start picking up the blackberries!) Robert and Saskia are discreet and very responsive hosts. We didn't miss a thing. I accidentally damaged a door and they were very understanding. We're sad to leave! Good continuation to them.

We loved staying in this home The place is quiet and peaceful, a real cocoon for a romantic weekend. The place is warm, despite the rain we liked to rest in the warmth of the stove in this studio and watch Véronique's ducks pass by. The studio is equipped, the bedding is comfortable (which is not always the case in Airbnb) if like us you have back problems you can go there with peace of mind we sleep well! Antoine was a great host, and his traditional apartment is lovely and convenient for all the local historical sites. The bed on the mezzanine is unusual but easy to access, with practice.

Very good hospitality at the Grange de l'Ours. Our 13-year-old son's bed was ready, small touches were waiting for us. The heating is efficient because when it was turned on when we arrived we did not wait long before it was perfect. Thanks ☺️

Catherine's apartment is conveniently located, close to the station and bus stop. It's very quiet, it's a real cocoon in the city. very well equipped, very cozy. of course, I would recommend

Herve gave me a very warm welcome and was extremely kind, helpful and flexible. He explained everything I needed to know about the place clearly. It was very clean and bright. The location is fantastic, being very close to the centre of the town and also provides easy access to buses. I would happily stay at Herve's place again.

This is a very well equipped villa. The location surrounding was a concern but we slept in late every morning so noise was not an issue. Very secure and not overlooked.
