Vacation rentals with a pool in Uzunkum

The place was so wonderful and full of beautiful facilities. The area was quite, safe and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and everything was exactly as described in the photos 😍😍 It’s highly recommended to visit this place as it it’s one of the best villas that i have ever seen in Sapanca 🖤

While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. We spent a very nice and peaceful weekend with my friends at Villa Yanık. The villa is quite spacious and spacious. The garden is just as beautiful. It is a very nice place for those who want to have a comfortable holiday in Sapanca. I would like to thank Ms. Zeynep and the employees.

We stayed as a family with babies and were very satisfied. It was a great convenience for us to have a crib in the room. The house was clean; especially the kitchen utensils were spotless, and we were comfortable with cleaning during the stay thanks to the dishwasher and broom. The pool was clean and the garden was completely private to us, which provided great comfort. Everything needed was available in the kitchen and bathroom. There were all the necessary stuff for the barbecue, we had a pleasant time. The house is located in a quiet, nature and peaceful location. Being close to the grocery store and bakery was very practical in terms of daily needs. The host was very caring, we did not have any problems because the generator came on when there was a power outage. Check in and check out was also very easy and smooth. Definitely a value place in terms of price-performance, we would consider coming back. The only thing to note is that it can be encountered by flies and insects because it is in nature. If you are prepared for this, there will be no problem.

We had such a great time staying at this villa! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The view was incredible. But honestly, what made the experience even better was our host, Fatih. He was so friendly and welcoming from the start, and always made sure we were comfortable. Anytime we had a question or needed help, he was just a message away and happy to assist. You can really tell he cares about his guests. Would absolutely recommend staying here—huge thanks to Fatih for being such a great host!

The house is as it appears in the photos, everything was thought out and the location was good. Ms. Çiğdem was interested. It was a pleasant stay that could be preferred again.

Everything was great from start to finish. Clear communication and warm approach made us feel at home. Check in was easy, place was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Beautiful garden and outside pool area made our stay even better. I’d definitely recommend this property and the great host Deniz!
