Nayalap - Himalayan Earth Homes

The last 7 years have been an incredible learning experience. Since we moved to the village, the priorities have changed. There was a sense of discovery in everything we did. There were chai-filled conversations with elders and young turks and stories on how homes and communities were built. It's these learnings that led us to build these earth homes. Kumaon has been a great teacher. And we hope we've done justice to her sustainable ways.

A spacious room features a wooden ceiling with exposed beams, surrounded by multiple windows that allow natural light. The area includes a large bed with neatly arranged linens and two pillows, complemented by a wooden bench positioned under a window.
