Vacation rentals with a patio in Utila

It was lovely to be met at the dock and taken to the space. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. I felt comfortable and I particularly appreciated that the windows worked well to keep out mosquitoes and be airtight enough to keep the cool air of the AC in the room. It was a well care for space.

Karla is great to work with; always responsive and helpful (ordering water, etc). It is a great place, especially the back deck and desk in the bedroom (I was studying while there). The kitchen was all I needed, and it came with multiple coffee-making devices. All worked perfect. Had all pots and pans, utensils, etc. I needed, and even some spices and extra coffee. Beds are good enough, just twin size, so you know. Maybe a queen-size in the master? Living area was comfy and plenty of chairs. Location is behind Mango Inn, so easy peasy if training there. A bit of a hike to town (I'm old). But taxi are quick and inexpensive. If staying longer than a month (like I did), you pay your own electricity. I used about $100/week with AC on all night in bedroom. Pool is great-- and stays cool!! Very refreshing, and the pool guy comes a few times a week! The area is very safe, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Lots of space to store gear out of the way. Great place.

11+ out of 10. Joe and Janelle are an amazing team. The property is spectacular with a view of the cays and Janelle is constantly working to make sure the property is spotless. The casitas were designed by Joe and decorated by Janelle and are lovely - from the screened in porch, drinkable water supply, quality bedding and towels, and little niceties such as a wireless phone charger and nightlights. The morning breakfasts were a highlight, cooked by Janelle and delivered to the casita by Joe at a time of your choosing. All the bread is homemade and there was zero repetition during our 7 days. The three dinners were equally delicious as Janelle is a topnotch chef. We looked forward to Joe's stories (jokes) which were delivered with impeccable timing. The wifi is consistent and even available on the top deck of the dock. Lounging there with the spectacular view and a good book was a wonderful way to while away a few hours every day. One of the treats was watching the rays from the dock

My partner and I stayed here for our holiday in utila. Beautifully decorated, clean, very well located, and Roland is very responsive. The place is well equipped and it has everything you need. I would recommend 100%

The place is really peaceful and relaxing , very private and it’s full recommended!! I spent a really good time with my friends and we’re definitely going back
