Welcome to "Paliepės - Forest Homes", "Maple", our forest house nestled in the middle of nature. If you're eager to escape your daily routine and spend time in nature with a close friend (s), family, or solo, this is the perfect place for you. When you arrive, you can enjoy a spacious terrace, with all the necessary facilities for grilling, outdoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, hot tub (daily price - 60 Eur, second - 30 Eur) or walk the forest paths. For quiet rest only, we do not rent for parties.

Rest Green microhouse on a river cliff!

Two exclusive Rest Green microhouses located on the cliff of Šventoji river in the lap of nature will provide an unforgettable rest for visitors, who can access private mini beach, swim, use football and volleyball courts, outdoor barbecue, relax in a hammock or on the terrace. The interior is minimalistic but carefully planned with many amenities. We can also offer paid activities such as kayaks, paddle boards, bicycles, archery, guided hikes, observing celestial bodies through a telescope.

„Alaušo Salos“ - tai nendrių ir pušynų šnabždesių apgaubta kaimo turizmo sodyba ant Alaušo ežero kranto Sudeikiuose. Čia gamta bei komfortas susilieja į vieningą visumą: etnografiniu stiliumi įrengtuose 5-iuose kambariuose apsistoti gali tiek atskiros šeimos, tiek didesni (iki 18 žmonių) kolektyvai. Vienas iš jų yra įsitaisęs medyje, pro kurio langus atsiveria pasakiško grožio vaizdai į ežerą, pievas, laukinius gyvūnus. Kitas namelis - labai jaukus, rąstinis ir turi visus patogumus, todėl čia galima ne tik atostogauti, bet ir kuo puikiausiai dirbti kaip iš namų. Už papildomą mokęstį siūlome hidromasažinį kubilą bei pirti.

"Brasslands" - a cozy and organic farmhouse built in the summer of 2024, located in the Molėtai district. The "Brass" farmhouse offers comfort and tranquility in a wonderful natural environment. Your retreat is located with a stunning view of the lake, which provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy peaceful moments and natural views. Nature walks, fishing, or just relaxing by the lake. You will find with us: boat, wifi internet, bbq grill, TV. We also have a sauna.

Studio apartment:”House of trains” #1

This unique place has a style all its own. This studio was designed for creative holidays or bohemian vacation. The view from studio windows is stunning. You can see Labanoras forest and Zeimena river. Also, it becomes magical to see time by time crossing trains through your windows, because the house is located between two railways. In a few hundred meters, you can come to have a walk-in adorable paths, which is located in a river swamp area.

Welcome to Bonanza Terra!

Bonanza Terra is built on the idea of sharing space, time, and the simple joys of life. Cozy cabin in the woods, where everything is in one open space : there’s a double mattress bed in the attic and a comfortable sofa-bed for two downstairs. Please note: Hot tub is not included in the price. But available upon request for an additional 60€ per session, paid securely via Airbnb only. A one - time 20€ pet fee applies for the entire stay.

Nature and culture

"Gamta ir kultūra" (Nature and Culture) is a place for nature, art and culture in the middle of the Labanoras Regional Park with its original forests and numerous lakes, where you can enjoy nature-inspired art. Vilija and I are a Lithuanian-Swiss couple and offer other cultural events on the two-hectare property in addition to exhibitions in the gallery and in the park. Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
