Fantastic location in the historic centre and wonderful little appt in an ancient, restored building. The kitchen is tiny and there was no washing machine or easy way to make coffee. Courtyard directly outside was lovely to sit in at night. Melissa is very responsive and there is private parking nearby. Saturday market in the town square was excellent.

Daniel's welcome was friendly. Clean and quiet accommodation, you just have to plan to arrive from the time mentioned on the listing. It's impossible to adjust the temperature of the heating that comes through a duct from the owners' house. Auxiliary heating in the bathroom is present but not working, otherwise beautiful peaceful environment.

Very nice apartment for a romantic weekend. The accommodation is cozy and carefully decorated. Everything was impeccable. Virginia is a great host. Very pleasant in every way. We would happily stay again! ☺️

Very nice place in beautiful surroundings. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with taste, everything is there for a great stay. The colleague who takes care of the reception is really very friendly, it was really perfect from A to Z!

Very nice apartment, bright, very clean, nicely furnished and with all the essentials in the kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood with free parking available. A 10-minute walk to downtown and the market, and 20 minutes to the stadium (long live rugby!). Yvan is charming, and very responsive and available. We'll come back without a second thought for our next stop in Brive :-)

The hamlet of the castle we stayed in has been renovated with great taste and respect for history. Mia is a great host available, nice and smiling. The comfort of the cottage is of very high quality . Very quiet and nice services . Close to all the most beautiful places . For lovers of calm and nature.

What the listing does not emphasise enough is the high quality of the way this 300 year old property has been renovated. Plus, the decor and fittings are high quality: it really is like living in a real home, not simply a place that has been kitted out on a budget just for AirBnB. And... always a good sign.... the kitchen knives are sharp, there is an apron for the cook, and spices and herbs are provided. For those of you from the UK, think of the best of 'Rural Retreats' (a very high quality set of holiday rental properties.) The property is in a tiny hamlet of 3 houses. It really is a quiet and beautiful setting. Virginia is generous with access to the garden (which is shared with her home). She is the perfect combination of being friendly but not intrusive.

We were two families and had a great time, despite the bad weather. The pool was not open but we could not have used it. The kitchen is superbly equipped, there are games and board games, suggested activities, large garden, huge library, etc. Several bakeries and shops within 15 minutes. The rooms are all great. Everything is of very good taste. Communication with Judith was very fluid. The area is beautiful with bike rides in the area, castles and picturesque towns. Everything was perfect! Very friendly and accommodating hosts, and large very quiet and well-equipped house with a superb plot, we had a very nice stay, we would recommend it in a second!

We had a nice stay at Sophie's airbnb. The house is neat and has all the comforts. And, the location is perfect for exploring the area. The only thing that was a little less is the church bells that ring at 7am, but that also belongs a bit to the charm of a village. All in all an excellent stay, I would definitely come back!

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

We just finished our week of vacation in Paul & Elyn's place and it was a very nice week. The accommodation, kitchen, pool access correspond perfectly to the description as well as the photos. Gite in a beautiful peaceful Saladin house. Very pleasant setting with rabbits to admire cool in the garden. The interior of the cottage is as described. The rooms are spacious and cool, which is nice in summer. Thank you very much Mark for your hospitality, your sightseeing tips and the bottle of rosé.
