All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

Only 5 minutes from the city of Minas 8 (4 km) you will enjoy a wonderful environment. You will find animals, lizards, hares, grouse, capybaras, rabbits and a variety of birds. You will have access to an enclosed hot tub available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Access to the games room at no additional cost, featuring a pool table (stone slate) and an air hockey table. A noisy camp is not a camp, so the use of speakers is not allowed! The pool is open from November 1 to April 1 and is for exclusive use.

Country stone cabin.

Located 100 meters from the country house, it is at the right distance for tranquility in the countryside and the shade of trees, visited by birds that sing every morning. The house has a unique design by architect Janer Lagarreta, and has wide stone walls that provide adequate thermal comfort, as well as on the second floor, where insulation is provided by double walls of solid bricks. There are no electronic devices in the house, no TV or Wi-Fi, the idea is to expand natural coexistence

It's time for a well-deserved rest in the best place. “La Escondida” is your best option, it is hidden in the Sierras de Carapé surrounded by duly protected native mountains and unique water courses. We are in the middle of the mountains, the isolation is palpable and the encounter with oneself and one's loved ones is inevitable. The cabin has all the amenities to make your vacation unique, in addition to being only an hour from Punta del Este by easily accessible routes.

The house offers plenty of comfort and privacy, ideal for unwinding and enjoying excellent views and spectacular sunsets, as it is located in a unique spot, with no houses in front and few neighboring houses (a feature that sets it apart). It has a heated pool from October to April** (28 to 30°C/82 to 86°F), and a Nordic hot tub (up to 42°C/107.6°F), which can be enjoyed year-round thanks to a wood-burning boiler. **Please inquire about the pool in May and September.
