Waterfront vacation rentals in Ureki Beach

Clean and beautiful room with a great view. I recommend all tourists to rent it. The owner is very kind and understanding. He refunds travelers' money if they change their flight. For me, this is the most beautiful apartment I've seen in Batumi.

Had a lovely stay in this hotel. easy check in and communication with host was fantastic, she even offered a later check out (depends on availability). Location is great with the beach nearby and fantastic restaurants nearby. Everywhere is walkable and the room has everything you need for a basic stay. However, please note that if you want to leave your baggage after check out with the reception, it is 5 GEL per bag. Also note that the building is 50 floors with about 6 lifts so you might have to wait awhile for the lift up/squeeze in the lift especially when it is peak season. Other than that, highly recommend this place and i will definitely book this place again if i am ever in Batumi.

Overall stay was great. the location was really near to all attraction places and loved the view from the balcony

Если Вы устали от суеты и городского шума — это именно то жильё, которое Вам нужно. Удобная кровать, свежий воздух, красивые виды с террасы, родниковая вода, деликатность хозяев и других гостей. Одновременно со мной отдыхала пара из Тбилиси - они уже девятый раз выбрали это место! Если путешествуете без машины, будьте готовы к ежедневной тренировке в виде подъёма в гору, либо внизу можно взять такси за пять лари. Там же в супермаркете продают пополняемые автобусные карты, по ним можно съездить в Батуми и ещё во многие интересные места. Хозяева подскажут маршрут. До ботанического сада, например, можно дойти пешком. Море в Махинджаури чистое, на пляже всегда есть место. Прошло три дня, а уже хочется обратно) Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство!

Me and my wife had a great 2-night stay at Inna's new and comfy apartment in Batumi! To watch the sea, the sunset and the fireworks at night from the spacious balcony at the upper flor after a day-long promenade through the old town (which is not that far as it might seem) is exactly what we needed and wanted :) Definitely 5 stars!

Very beautiful view and nice atmosphere. Andrey is a super host, whom I recommend to everyone: very clear instructions and help at every step, we are very satisfied with our rest!

Inga and Beso were very nice and kind hosts. If you want to have a wonderful memory from Georgia, where you can cook in the summer kitchen, eat and relax with friends and family under the beautiful fruit trees, in an uncrowded spot of the green hills of Gonio and the Black Sea, you are definitely reading the right review. We strongly recommend it to everyone.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

Comfortable place for stay with kids and big family. In the house you will fined everything for comfortable stay and cooking. The host is very responsive.

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

Все было превосходно! Это место для спокойного отдыха. Просторный, красивый дом. Красивый вид из спальни на сосновый лес. Большая зеленая территория. В доме было прохладно, хотя на улице было 30 градусов. Есть парковка у дома. Хозяин отзывчивый, всегда очень быстро реагирует на сообщения. Песчаный пляж в минуте ходьбы. Все сделано для комфортного отдыха для всей семью! Советую этот дом! Теперь это одно из любимых мест в Грузии

Отдыхали неделю в Батуми,снимали квартиру у Натальи.У квартиры очень удачное расположение,тихая,очень близко к набережной и парку 6 мая.В квартире есть всё необходимое,очень удобные кровати,хороший душ (за исключением,что нет душевой кабинки,но такое в Батуми очень распространено).Хозяйка очень приятная и приветливая.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Wir hatten ein Familien-treff organisiert, jeder hatte sich ein Plätzchen gefunden. Wir waren insgesamt zu fünf mit einem Kleinkind. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum Entspannen, man hat einen freien Blick aufs Meer und schaut direkt den Sonnenuntergang entgegen. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem notwendigen Inventar ausgestattet, man kann selbst was zubereiten oder auch einer der Restaurants besuchen, die es in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen gibt. Die Inhaberin war gut erreichbar und hat uns auch schnell ein babybett organisiert. Alles in allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

Апартаментом вполне довольны. Апартаменты возле стройки. Перед окнами левее кран стоит. Если Вы заселяетесь не пополняют ни туалетной бумагой, ни шампунем, ни мылом. Можно было за умеренную сумму пополнить. К сожалению, у меня не было шампуня, только гель для душа.

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how attentive and welcoming he was. He is definitely the SUPER HOST!! Highly recommend staying here! It’s my motivation to come back to Batumi again and again ❤️

Отличные, чистые и очень уютные аппартаменты. Есть все необходимое для жизни как дома. Есть собственная территория ЖК с бассейном и детской площадкой. Также есть охраняемая парковка для машин.
