Beachfront vacation rentals in Urbanova, Alicante (Alacant)

Our stay at Daniel's apartment was perfect. We didn't miss anything, the place is quiet and easy to find and parking is always available in front of the door. There are supermarkets, restaurants and the beach is very close. The house was very clean and well arranged. But perhaps the best thing was Daniel's kindness. He was always attentive, kind and available, and he accepted us with our dogs, which we really appreciated since we were traveling as a family. It was a perfect place for us. We can recommend it for everyone 100%. Thank you very much for everything

First, Juana is so helpful and kind. Second, the apartment might be a bit of a walk from the main part of town, but if you like me that loves beach access, stunning views and a calm area, this is the place. Loved me stay and plan to be back. I found the apartment really cozy with a very cool beach bungalow vibe. It's on my list to return to.

The house is in the best location in Vilajoyosa. Right at the beach with beautiful seaview.

Lola. She's a sweetheart. He helps you with everything, I love the flexibility. The accommodation is old but I like that style. It is true that it needs a few touch-ups. The terrace is great. It's luxurious. Thank you. I hope to come back for another visit.

Amazing host, kind and helpful on a whole other level!

Accommodation was lovely and I don't think the photos do it justice. Loved the balcony and view, spent mornings watching surfers with coffee. Patricia sorted our transfares which was great. Everything was 10 minute's slow stroll away. The Chinese just over the bridge is well worth a visit. The town is very chilled and friendly, just what we wanted. Will definitely be back. Great stay.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

This was a very nice newer Airbnb that clean and well decorated. It has a lovely view of the sea and is in a relaxing quiet area. We did have some issues with fleas that were along the sliding door and window the morning after we arrived which were cleaned up immediately once we informed the management. They were very responsive and helpful. We did leave early because I am sensitive to the chemical smells from the insecticides, but it is a beautiful place over all. It is located right next to a beach campground.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

The accommodation is great, both the house and the community and the area. Tania's instructions and recommendations were very clear, and she was always very proactive in communicating. We'll repeat!

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Beautiful accommodation exactly as described in pictures. 5* to Virginia for excellent communication and very friendly, always at hand if you needed anything. We had a 4 year old with Autism with us and the accommodation suited perfectly, great space and very secure so she couldn’t escape. Very close to the beautiful beach and small shop and large supermarket also. If you’re looking for a quiet holiday then this is certainly your place.

I've stayed for a week here. The location is just amazing, although it can be a bit noisy from the beach in the mornings and evenings. Anyway nothing what a closed window can't solve. Communication with Emilio was perfect and he was replying very promptly. The apartment itself was very clean and cosy. All you need for cooking is there - very handy since the fishmarket it's just 2 mins walk.

Hala was absolutely incredible. We had great communication and ever so friendly. Nothing was too much. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. The apartments is in a vibrant part of town at the weekends. The surrounding areas have all you need. Shops,stunning walks,beaches and spoiled for choice on restaurants. I’d definitely stay at Halas place again.

Our stay at Juan's went very well. It is a very friendly and available. The apartment is in a great location near the beach and with communal pool. Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. For ease of logistics it is advisable to have a car. We would not hesitate to come back with great pleasure and would recommend it with our eyes closed.

The apartment is in a very good location, you can do everything on foot, the sea, shopping, restaurants, the walk along the sea is very pleasant. Our host is listening to us.

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.
