Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

This little gem is perfect for both the family of 4, or him/her who is in the area because of business. The wooden cottage is a guest house in our garden, so you should expect that we will use the garden ourselves while you rent the cottage. Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

Gennem den hyggelige skovsti kommer du på kort tid til en af Sjællands bedste badestrande. Fra områdets skrænter kan I nyde de enestående solnedgange, hvor havets farve forvandles i røde og gule nuancer inden solen forsvinder ned i havet. Huset har nyt charmerende badeværelse.

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
