Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful cottage, which is close to the city and 20 meters from the nearest bus stop. This little gem is perfect for both the family of 4, or him/her who is in the area because of business. The wooden cottage is a guest house in our garden, so you should expect that we will use the garden ourselves while you rent the cottage. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Private annex near lake / close to Copenhagen

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Enjoy the spectacle of nature in the front row. In this unique and quiet cottage with the sea as a neighbor, relaxation is guaranteed. The cottage is just right for two people, the bed is a comfortable double bed of 180x200cm. In the small kitchenette, you can cook simple dishes on two hobs and a microwave. The patio has a lounge area as well as a dining area and barbecue. Parking for two cars. If you want to fish, the place is ideal for sea trout fishing.
