We stayed for 2 weeks for vacation and we loved the place ,everything was clean and complete with all the necessary appliances. Jaime is an excellent, very friendly person. If we return to Peru, we would definitely choose Mr. Jaime's apartment again greetings from, Holland-Rotterdam

Spotless and beautiful apartment. A little confusing the distance between the carport and the dpto. The key was not in the place indicated but the host was able to communicate at the reception and give us another one. Beautiful view.

We absolutely loved staying here! Apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The views were a plus! Building felt very safe, with a 24 hour doorman in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the Airbnb I booked for my mom who lives in Peru and came to see me from Korea. I always book this apartment for my mom. Location and safety is impeccable! There is a Starbucks and a supermarket right in front, and the San Felipe area is very safe even in the evening, and it is a safe area with many families! There are many eateries and big shopping mall salaberries here! Jose's Airbnb was cleaner especially. I think his parents really take care of it. It's incomparable to places that use businesses. I recommend it!

Great place! Lovely building with doorman in the middle of one of Lima’s nicest neighborhoods. Restaurant, supermarket, and cafe all next door to building. Unit itself is very clean and nice, with great views of the city. It’s on one of the busiest city streets, so there is a little traffic noise, but other than that a wonderful place to stay.

I stayed for about a month and really enjoyed the apartment. I worked while there and it was a great plus to have the park and the activity as a pleasant distraction from time to time. Comfortable bed and all that I needed to prepare food and re-heat leftovers. I would stay again for sure.

I travel a lot, to different countries, and I can say, without exaggerating, that Paola's apartment has by far exceeded all the Airbnbs where I have stayed. That is, I'm still surprised! There wasn't something that for some reason I said, "I wish they had that here" , and suddenly, I found it in some drawer or pantry! In addition to the quality of the furniture and equipment, the quality of person that is Paola is impressive!! I hope that whenever I return to Lima this apartment will be available!! I've already hurt myself to its quality!!

The building is located close to transportation, restaurants, stores and the beautiful El Olivar Park. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

The place was nice and clean and steps away from Kennedy Park and all the shopping and resturants there. I would say the location is the best but everything was nice and mellow with our stay.

Had an excellent stay at the place. It’s located in a 4 story building with a door man who is really nice. The building is quiet, modern, and clean. Elevator available. We stayed for 8 days and had everything we needed. The best part are the hosts who were able to accommodate our check in and check out. They also included driver service from and to the airport! Lots of great things about this place - if it’s available for your dates book it!

This is my first time renting an apartment by Air Bnb, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Andrés was very helpful at all times and always willing to clarify doubts and concerns (considering that he had many to be first-time😅). The area is very quiet and very nice, going up to the pool was very relaxing. The apartment does not speak, everything clean and tidy, very well cared for and above all very cozy.

The stay in the apartment was pleasant, it was as shown in the photos, the communication with Milagros was good, I was quick to respond, if I had any questions or requests, I would respond quickly.

We had an awesome stay at Elena’s place. The location was fantastic, very close to the coast in Miraflores. The space itself was quite modern and provided everything we needed.

We appreciated Melissa's prompt, clear, and friendly communication. I was traveling with my two sons, and her place fit us perfectly. We walked to the beach and went surfing, and we could walk to restaurants. It is nice to have a condo with an extra room versus a hotel room, and this was perfect for us.

Mary was a kind and welcoming host and her apartment is a great place to stay. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The kitchen has great supplies for cooking. The buildings amenities include a coworking space, pool, and fantastic rooftop for relaxing or socializing. I stayed in the apartment for a month and worked remotely. The internet is faster than 200mbps, and I could complete multiple video calls throughout the day.
