House vacation rentals in Upolu

We had a lovely stay here especially being able to jump in the pool on really hot afternoons. The host was friendly and quick to respond. The property was located in a lovely quiet area but close to all the necessities such as the super market, eaterys and a kofi haus 5 mins walking distance. The home was squeaky clean, beds super comfortable and just very homely. We did have to top up the power 3x during our 1x week stay, but that was due to all ACs being left on so just be mindful of this. Would high recommend to anyone and would come back again.

Jadose and Jordan were great a communicating and very helpful. The place was the perfect family escape with plenty of comforts of home.. and close to necessary amenities (petrol, supermarket, fresh fruit /veg and even ATM only 2-3 mins drive away). The pool was a huge blessing and we loved the LED lighting for night swims. Aircon in the master bedroom a welcome luxury. Planned power outages were handled well and really enjoyed our daytrip to Maninoa offered as compensation. Truly appreciated the responsiveness to request for extra kitchen supplies, waterand supply refills! 😊 All in all... a VERY pleasant time and would highly recommend the property and hosts! 👌

Photos don’t do it justice. Location is prime your 2min walk away from white sandy paradise, your cliche google/insta image of coconut trees dangling over the water sand and crystal clear water. Turtles along with a healthy marine life are right at your doorstep, quad bikes are available for 24hours a day cheap as from this air BnB too. Defs coming back. House is immaculate, spacious and cool temp after spending a day in sunny Samoa. Seki a Samoa thankyou Roseanne.

We enjoyed our time in Abby’s house. The house is private. She gave us good recommendations for restaurants (just unfortunate most were closed at Easter). It was an easy drive to Palolo deep and the centre of Apia.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The home had everything we needed and the host was very friendly and attended to our needs very promptly. It felt just like home, it was cosy and very spacious too. There was plenty of space inside and out for our little ones to play and hangout. The swimming pool was a bonus, on the rainy days of our trip when we couldn't go out, we enjoyed the swim in the rain as well as the outside deck area where we sat and enjoyed the view of the beautiful backyard. Thank you so much for having us and for also accommodating our need for a late check out as well, this meant so much to us as our flight was late in the evening and our mother was also unwell. We highly recommend the Riverside and will cherish our memories made here forever 🥰

Our trip to Samoa was very last minute. Appreciate Pauline’s prompt replies & confirmation of our booking especially being flexible with check in time given it was late. Pauline was very responsive throughout our entire stay. Cannot fault this place. Anasina was so easy to work with, anything we questions asked she responded quite quickly, her home was lovely especially for big families, our kids took advantage of the pool and barely wanted to leave the house. Spacious & close to a lot of shops and restaurants - highly recommend. Tina the caretaker was also very nice, easy to talk to if needed anything, although she lived right behind us, it was like she was never there. Thank you Anasina and family for letting us stay in your home, we absolutely enjoyed our time there.

Booked for a group of 11. We absolutely loved our stay. All our expectations were exceeded. Spacious. All the amenities. Having no wifi was a blessing in disguise. Having our children cut off from the social media world was the best thing we could’ve asked for, as it built our children’s relationship as cousins. The breeze up there was a bonus. Would definitely and have already recommended to family who will be flying over in the next couple months. Thank you so much John for being an awesome host. If you’re looking for comfort and a place to call home away from home, Migao’s has you covered. This place had everything: big open kitchen-dining-lounge, air con in every room, 3 bathrooms, washing machine, iron & ironing board (you don’t realise it how important it is until you need it!), oven, covered verandah for the odd card game, locked gate for security. Oh, and it has great cell coverage if you want to stream movies, finish a uni assignment, or check your work emails! It’s about 5mins from the main road so you’re out of the busyness of Vaitele, but still within a stone’s throw of the town area. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and communicated well. When we offered to pay extra for family that wanted to stay with us, the hosts generously said it was fine. Thank you Migao for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everyone that visited was blown away by it! We cannot wait to visit Samoa again and hopefully find our way back to your place!

We loved our stay here at Salz beautiful place, it was well equipped, spacious and comfy! - Ample towels, blankets etc - Fully fenced, private, secure - Air cons working perfectly - Great outdoor spaces - Close to shops/supermarkets and town was a bonus and many more…. Great place. The owners were very helpful and just across the street so we could easily get assistance within minutes. The house had ac and fans which was great for the Samoan weather. It would have been helpful to have a washing machine and dryer especially as we were there for more than a week but it was understandable as the place is new and items are still being setup. We really enjoyed the place and the peaceful environment. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Fantastic location, easy to find, close to Apia and popular restaurants. Renon's an absolute gem from the time I made reservation until we left Samoa, always responded to my queries within 10mins regardless of time difference, delivered on every part of our trip I booked with them, making it easy and stress free. Booked car rental through Renon as well, great competitive pricing for 2x 7 seaters, very efficient service, hassle free and delivered on all the arrangements we made. Personally met us at the airport pickup and drop off at arranged time, our car hire included our samoa license and ferry tickets to Savaii, making our trip to Savaii smooth and stress free. Thank you again for your hospitality and looking out for us and making us feel at home.

We had 4 separate groups. 2 sets of couples and 2 single gentlemen. It was great to have a bathroom each. The lounge and kitchen area was a great place to unwind after a busy day. It was a great location to get to restaurants and had local shops in walking distance. The washing facilities was a god send. The washing machine was easy to operate and we had a clothes line that we preferred to the dryer. Beds were comfortable and linen was lovely and clean.

Mama Soi’s holiday home was very beautiful and peaceful away from the main road but still not too far from town … the caretaker was lovely and warm and welcoming always checking in if we were ok… I would highly recommend this place .

Denis has a nice house with a huge kitchen and lounge. The house is on a quiet street about 15 min drive from Palolo deep. After a bit of struggle to find the house, he welcomed us personally and we had a great chat with him. We only stayed one night since we were flying back the following day but it was a nice house to stay in.

We loved our stay at Ella's home. It was perfect for our family with lots of space, beautiful outdoor areas for the kids, quiet location and peaceful surrounds. We loved the outlook, being surrounded by trees, its much cooler up the hill and secluded from the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to both town and the southern beaches to be very convenient, its a very special place! Ella and her family were really helpful with maintenance when needed and made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay x

Great place to stay if you want to see what life is like out of the city of Apia. Jazzs home is located in a peaceful village which has some extremely friendly and kind people. Her extended family were very kind, helpful and caring to us. The local food store, about 5 minutes walking, was run by two lovely and helpful folks, plus they had extended hours. We spent Easter weekend here in the village, it was wonderful. Thanks

Pua is such an amazing host. Her and her assistant Matavai were always checking in on us to see if we were okay or if we needed anything. The place is absolutely gorgeous and very ideal for our family of 5. It was also very secured as it was gated and neighborhood is very quiet. The house had great AC units for bedrooms and living rooms and we felt right at home and very comfortable especially when the weather was so hot and humid in Samoa. The kitchen had everything we needed and living room was cozy and had a Smart TV and play station. The airbnb is a bit far from town area but we liked it because it was away from all the busyness and very peaceful. Thank you so Much Pua for your generosity and hospitality. I want to thank Smiley and her family for this great accomodation. Really loved the communication and the place was perfect. So clean and nice quiet place. Would really recommend this place to anyone as great hosts.

We were a big group of 16 and this place was perfect for us. The downstairs was great for us to play board games and hang together and eat. Junior was always available to answer our questions straight away. the rooms were huge and the bathrooms in each room up stairs, felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. There was no need for aircon as there was always a cool breeze coming through from the sea during the day and there were fans for night time. thank you Junior for allowing us to book your home. we highly recommend this place, and we will defintely book here again the next time we come to Samoa. faafetai tele lava.
