Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Untergriesbach

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

had a small issue with the shower which I address myself. that aside towels were fresh and clean. shower pressure was superb. bed was comfortable also. views out of this world. thank you Heinz

Great apartman, better than the photos, 3 separate rooms. Host responsive and helpful, very kind. Easy connected to the central bus station (ZOB Passau) by bus 7, and back by bus 11. All recommendations.

The stay was perfect. In the apartment you had everything you needed, a beautiful balcony with great views and a great location. We would come back any time!

The apartment is clean and modern. The contact with the landlord was smooth. You can quickly get to the old town by tram or car. The apartment is located on the outskirts of town in a simple apartment building directly on a very busy road. If you are a light sleeper, this can affect you accordingly.

A really very great house. Unfortunately, we were only a weekend, would have liked to have stayed longer. Will definitely recommend

Radek's place is fantastic, it has following advantages: - location: it takes about 15 min by foot to the central of C.Krumlov. Just walk for a while you can see medival streets. - facility: the kitchen is well equipted, in this place we made breakfast and dinner everyday. The bath room is specious and with a huge hot tub. After a day of long walking distance we can have a good time in the evening. - the bedroom: the hardness of matress is just fine, we sleep very well during the 2 nights. - the service: in 1st floor there is an office, it is helpful for fresh tourists.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

An insanely great place to stay! Everything was just right from A to Z. Super easy check-in, the equipment is super modern, the hot tub and sauna are perfect for a relaxing evening. The surroundings are super quiet and you have a great view. So there is really absolutely nothing to complain about - an absolute recommendation!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

Such a pleasure to stay at Ruza's place. Everything was just perfect. Thank you so much, will definitely come again.

Tomas’s place was the perfect apartment to stay in. Tomas has thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable and has definitely gone above and beyond. This is the perfect place to stay for a family with an entire kids room with toys and books as well as a Nintendo switch. The sauna was so nice to use. Will stay again. Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.

I was very satisfied with the place and felt very comfortable. It's a sunny, cozy and friendly apartment. It exceeded my expectations. The landlord was very nice and helpful because he brought me another blanket because I was a little cold. Also asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything. Very accommodating! I highly recommend the place. Will definitely be back.

The apartment is very nice and spacious. In the evening sun, you can sit wonderfully in front of the door or in the garden on the deck chair. The location is great to reach everything in the village on foot and to start great hikes. With the active card, we especially used the forest railway and the bus. Irmi is very warm and helpful. Check-in and out were straightforward. Thank you Irmi, we felt very comfortable.

Nice apartment in the city center.

Linz is a beautiful city and, certainly, Judith with her hospitality and her home made our stay even more beautiful. The house is located on the outskirts of the city center, but relatively, because there are about 4/5 km from the areas of interest in the center. This distance is easily bridged by the presence, about 150/200 meters away, of a tram stop that is very convenient for moving around easily to and from the house. As far as I'm concerned, I chose Judith's house for its features and for the presence of a private, reserved and free parking for my car. I usually travel by car when I'm with my family. Regarding the apartment, I can safely say that we really enjoyed it, almost as if we were at home. There were three of us, with my wife and 19-year-old daughter, but we each had our own space. This is thanks to the very comfortable double bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Everything was perfect.
