We had a great stay, very beautiful area. We originally found it difficult to locate with our GPS taking us to the wrong location. However, that was our own mistake missing this detail in the listing as the hosts did mention this and described how to best locate the location. Hosts were quick to communicate with us when we got a bit mixed up in our directions. We did not realize that the Air BNB was located at a marina, but a visit in the fall was very peaceful and quiet. The fall colours were beautiful. Spacious and clean accommodations for a good price.

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our time at this beautiful cabin! Check in was quick and easy and Jadey was extremely responsive to messages. Communication was great from arrival to departure. While we did not have access to the wifi, these things happen and we understood. A storm that blew in the day prior caused some issues which didn’t affect our enjoyment and it was a good opportunity to “unplug”. Included availability of the Kayaks, canoes, and water bike was a great way to explore. Excellent location for young families looking to spend relaxing days on the clear and shallow beach with the kids. We also took advantage of the basketball net and tennis court on the cooler days. Overall we had a great stay at Sunset Cove and have no doubt we will return again in the future! Thank you Jadey and Jack.

Beautiful cottage by the lake, and the house itself is very well maintained and modern. The area near the lake is well designed and peaceful. Mike was very responsive and a great host as well!

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

We came in from Alberta for a wedding in the area, and stayed at Tara’s place. It was much larger than we had imagined, and the property was just gorgeous! We would absolutely book with Tara again if we were back in the area.

Return visit this time with my family. Great spot, funky retro vibe, on the lake . Great spot to kayak!

Bryan and Pam's cottage is hands down a whopping 10/10. It exceeded my expectations and then some. It truly has everything you need plus more. This place is a true gem! I'm upset I had to leave and it's now booked solid! Book this place, if you can, you will be amazed!

The cottage was lovely - had everything available, from kitchen supplies (+), outdoor activities (kayak, canoe, paddle boards, peddle boat, ladder ball, croquet, etc), and lots of movies & books! You can never be bored here or feel like you're missing something. I loved that everything was labelled and organized, so you could always find everything you need. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, and right on the water. My family and I had an amazing time and would come back again! Thank you!!

We recently stayed at a cottage hosted by Lindsey, and it was a wonderful experience. Although we didn't meet her in person, the communication was clear, fast and helpful. The cottage was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The beautiful lake and surrounding environment added to the charm of our stay, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. We also appreciated the kindness of the neighbors, who were incredibly welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely come back again. We highly recommend Lindsey as a host!

We just returned from our stay and had a wonderful time. Amanda was very quick to respond to any questions and they’ve clearly put a lot of thought into their cottage. We had some rainy and cold days but loved the extensive movie collection and extra blankets. We loved the sunrise views from our room and slept well. The lake is beautiful (shallow at the dock) and we enjoyed paddleboarding around the lake and relaxing on the dock. We were pleasantly surprised to find such a large assortment of water toys, life jackets, and floaties. We were really happy with the kitchen supplies and found everything we needed to cook our meals throughout the week. Thanks for a wonderful week!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage. The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained – exactly what we needed for a peaceful retreat. The surroundings were serene, with lovely views and nature all around. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from comfy bedding to a well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and communication was smooth throughout.

It was a perfect weekend getaway, the house is aesthetically pleasing. The house gives vintage, modern and chic vibe. Specially the kayaking, it was really great and all the equipments were well organized and enough for 7-8 people. To sum it all, it’s the perfect airbnb to enjoy with friends and family!! P.s slight drawback on the tap water, the tank capacity was less to accommodate 8 people. But it was manageable!!

Very responsive host, easy to communicate with! When something is missed by the cleaner, frank was able to help us with solution. The place is very quiet and peaceful, very recommend for small families.

We spent two days in Kathy’s cottage. Great location and perfect for paddlers. Kathy was friendly and responsive for our questions. This cottage has a stunning views even better than the pictures. The only thing I don’t like is that the twelve mile bay road was too bumpy for my mini cooper. We did enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this property.

Daniel made us feel right at home in his little chunk of Paradise. Very private setting sourounded by Trees and wildlife. All his cabins are immaculate and the same goes for the solar powered shower facilities and Outhouse. Daniel offers Kayak and Mountain Bike rentals which I felt was a great option. Also for a minimal fee he will provide you with a wheelbarrow of dry firewood to get that campfire blazing! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Peace and Tranquility. Cheers everyone!!

Beautiful lake front cottage with tons of space for a big group. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and let us to check out a bit later. We are looking forward to booking again.

I can't thank Tiffany and Pat enough for being amazing hosts and helping me through a difficult time. I stayed there on two separate occasions. The location of the house is right on the lake and sitting and watching the sun rise was beautiful. Narrows Convience Store is down the street and so is Mikisew Provinvial Park. The house has all the amenities (more than any other Airbnb I have stayed at). I would rats it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again so much!

What a gem. This is a beautifully rustic spot in the woods for a gentle getaway on the water. There’s a bit of a scramble up a hill from the brand new dock (with amazing swimming and lovely afternoon sun!) to a sweet little cabin - everything you need for a comfier-than-camping holiday. There’s all the kitchen basics you need, and the wood stove makes it super cozy. The lake is quiet and the neighbours friendly. It’s a great spot for a lazy day in the dock, or a more adventurous day trip into Massasauga provincial park. Geoff was very responsive when the power went out and offered to come up to fix it right away. But we preferred to spend our last night in the warm glow of candlelight and wood stove. Highly recommend.

What a magical place! The cabin was exactly as described and had a really warm, comfy feeling. We were travelling as a couple with 4 young kids (no small feat!), and we were totally comfortable and found the cabin stocked with everything we needed. Travelling in the middle of quite a big snowstorm, we were a little concerned about finding the place and the long driveway in. The directions, however, were really clear and the driveway was really well ploughed, and this was so appreciated. Matt and Lori also checked in frequently to make sure everything was great. Thank you for a great little escape!

Booked for my dad’s fishing trip and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay. He had no complaints and definitely wants to book again for next year!! Communication with host was seamless and I would highly recommend booking with Caitland!!

Brendon’s place is truly a gem. Cozy cottage with a beautiful lakefront dock and beach. We didn’t get the best weather but can tell this place would be amazing with the sun shining during the summer months. Overall we still had a great time here and plan to return hopefully. If you are considering coming here, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it.
