The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house, which is just a 25-minute drive from the center of Munich. The location was perfect for us – quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the city to enjoy all that Munich has to offer. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were fantastic – very pleasant, responsive, and helpful. They answered our questions quickly and made sure we had all the information we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base near Munich. We would be happy to stay here again!

The house was very good. The views were amazing. It was clean and spacious. Everything you would need for a stay in Salzburg area. Train station close by, along with buses into the city. Roman communicated with us quickly and sorted out the Guest Mobility Transport pass for us all. He met us on arrival and showed us around and pointed out places to visit and local amenities. Would highly recommend.

We drove from Poland for 11 hours and it was really worth it. This place is a real gem of the places to stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean and well equipped – and the view from the window is simply stunning! An ideal starting point to explore Bavaria and at the same time a wonderful place to relax. The contact with the host was exemplary – he always responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. I highly recommend it and hope to come back sometime!❤️

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The place looked exactly as in photos and very clean. We had a great time and everything is fabulous. Alexandra is very responsive and helped us every minute we need something.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

It was great place to stay and the host was very nice and we enjoyed our stay in Berchtesgaden.

Everything was very nice and functional. Some equipment could be missing in the kitchen, for example. More than 4 forks. But it was small things. Everything else was great.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is a few minutes' walk away. Shopping and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

Highly recommended. We rented the apartment Gartenglück 1.0 as a family of 3 people over Holy Week and we were satisfied. The instructions with pictures were brief and clear. Alois and Stephanie were also helpful - reachable for problems and questions. Everything went smoothly. I especially like that the apartment contains everything you need and frills-free. Salzburg's old town can be reached in 20 minutes by car. We had no problem with it because we knew it too and were mobile by car.

Natalie's house is a little far from the center,but No.22 bus stop is 1 minute to the house,it's easy for tourism.Natalie is easy going and help us to carry suitcases when we arrive.I recoment this house to others

The apartment is very cozily furnished, beautifully bright and very well equipped. The location is great: the lake, various restaurants, supermarket, delicatessen and train station are within walking distance. Jaana and Sebastian are great hosts - super nice, helpful and always respond directly. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!
