Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

A great stay! It fit the four of us comfortably. There are so many restaurants, coffee shops and stores within walking distance. The washer and dryer were such a great amenity, especially after all our outings. Maria was very responsive, even when I had to unexpectedly contact her late at night. She even accommodated for parking which was right down the street. I would highly recommend and consider staying here again.

I was in town for a conference and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, very comfortabe, and a quick walk to the convention center and nearby restaurants. The apartment well stocked with lots of little amenities from beach towels , phone charge and even reusable shopping bags. Nilda was so helpful and very responsive. I'd definitely stay hear again!

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The building is older, not fancy but well maintained with security and cameras on site. The location is right on the beach and close to restaurants, 24 hour pharmacy, supermarket is a 10 minute walk and Ubers are readily available. Public bus is nearby. Smart TVs so you can log in to your apps. Close to the airport and a short drive to Old San Juan. Detailed instructions provided for checking in and accessing the unit, no keypad so be sure to keep track of the keys with fobs. The host responds within minutes. Overall we had a pleasant experience. I would book again with this host.

My stay at Nicole’s property was amazing! I highly recommend her property! Nicole has been helpful since day one with recommendations and accommodations. Which made me feel comfortable. This was my first time in an Airbnb and also my first time in Puerto Rico .I couldn’t have asked for a better host. She made sure my stay was very comfortable. Nicole’s property is very clean. The pictures are exact the place is so cozy, I felt safe in the building. I love the close access to the beach. I would definitely book with Nicole again..thank you for everything

We liked this location so much, this was our second stay with this host. My fiancé specifically likes the solar panels and the fact that when there is a power outage, we can still enjoy electricity because of the energy storage capability. In fact, there was a power outage one of the nights we stayed and we didn't even know, but the host let us know and provided recommendations and follow-up.

First time in PR and I’m glad I chose this place. Close enough to beaches, while still feeling like a local. House is full of amenities. AC in pretty much every room. Beach supplies and full washer and dryer. Very clean. Would definitely stay here in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is as seen in the pictures. Clean with modern decor. It was just me and my husband so we were extremely comfortable both in and outside the home. We always felt safe. The beautiful landscape, trees, and vines were lovely to admire as we sat in the outside covered area and enjoyed looking at the beach. You do hear the music from cars passing occasionally (mostly on the weekend), but that didn't bother us. I only mention bc I know that may be important for some. We know it's the culture and part of the PR experience. If you are looking to fish, the beach is very shallow for about 1000 feet. You have to go way out to cast a line and get into the deeper waters. There is also a lot of coral reefs out in the deeper area, so beware of snags. It may be a good area to snorkel though. Despite the challenges, we did catch a nice 16 inch yellow tail snapper. That was fun! Would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

A quiet place where I could enjoy with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and more. The security of the place and its staff is excellent and very friendly. I never had any communication problems with the hosts and we loved the place. You can have a great time on the upstairs terrace as long as you are very discreet, since the place is very quiet. Anyway, highly recommended.

I enjoyed staying at Jose’s place. The beach was literally right behind the condo. The front desk man was very welcoming and friendly. Lots of places to eat by the condo, the clubs were less than five minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking !

Second time staying here. Still a fantastic space! Great pool and easy beach access. And the views are unbeatable. The host was responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.
