Lovely cottage and Rachel has thought of everything - very well stocked with everything you could ever need. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Lots of clear instructions for how to operate everything and lots of brochures and ideas of things to do in the area.

Grumpy's was by far the best accommodation we had on our road trip from the East Coast to Adelaide. Excellent amenities and hosting resulted in a great night's sleep and renewed enthusiasm for the last leg of our journey.

We loved Marks guest house. Not only did we fall in love with Monty the beautiful Golden Retriever, but the accomodation was perfect. Mark supplies a selection of breakfast food such as cereal Tea, coffee sugar, a loaf of bread and a large carton of milk, Jam, Vegemite & honey. No need to find a shop when you get to Broken Hill and purchase the necessary staples. The area is quiet and Marks garden is lovely and peaceful with outdoor seating and a covered BBQ area. The guest car port is very secure with six foot iron fencing and well covered on three sides. We were very happy with our Air BnB selection and will definitely be choosing to stay with Mark and Monty again.

This is a great little house, comfortable and clean. Loved the look and feel of the decor. We were visiting my parents and going through the very emotional process of moving my dad into a care home. This gorgeous little place was a haven to come back to at the end of each day. Our little black dog loved the back yard.
