We can highly recommend this accommodation! The house with the pool, great rooms and bathrooms as well as lounges was just wonderful. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and equipment. We loved everything about this house! The sunset in the nearby lagoon made the stay perfect. Mafalda is a great host and communication was always friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for everything, we had the best time! <3

We had a wonderful multi-generational family gathering at Lisa's house. The living room and pool area provided a comfortable gathering place enhanced by the beautiful landscaping and convenient location. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating and even sent photos of the baby crib and highchair in advance to reassure us that our 9 month old grandchild would be comfortable. She helped us plan our day trip to Lisbon, provided a chef, and a wonderful babysitter for our last night dinner out. She was super responsive and friendly and made the whole experience easy. The house is very tastefully furnished and the layout is well designed. Having the heated pool was a special treat. The manual for the house was such a helpful resource with links to recommended sites. We appreciated the effort taken to communicate all the information about the house and area in such an organized way. Thank you Lisa and Peter for a wonderful stay at your lovely Comporta home.

We had a lovely stay, the house is very pretty the furniture is complete and recent, there is everything you need and even a nice fireplace for grilling. The place is quiet, not far from the beach (by car) and small shops to do the commissions.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Just had an amazing stay here, the villa is even better in person than on the photos and the heated pool was lovely. Ana Paula was great to deal with, very friendly, gave us lots of useful tips and information . we will be back !

Just a perfect place for holidays. We spent a week there with the whole family and we all loved it.

I remember reading a review of one guest saying how this was the nicest ABNB they ever stayed at, and i have to say that this was spot on. the location and view are spectacular. the house excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Host was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

I was very pleased with the rented house. Everything was clean, organized, and well cared for. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable, and I felt at home throughout the stay. The service was excellent, very attentive and respectful, and I really liked the way everything was treated with professionalism and sympathy. Jerusas property is stunning. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, had everything you could need in a holiday home. Host is very clear with communication and so helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Guests should make sure to have a car as although by car you can reach many locations within 3-5 minutes, by walking it could be a little more difficult. Overall experience was fantastic and very relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay here. Just enough space for a family of four, with loads of handy bits and bobs around the house for the beach - we loved the hosepipe to wash the sand off outside! It felt like an incredibly thoughtfully designed place. The only other thing we would have wanted was dedicated parking, but there was a car park very close by, so no real problems on that front. Thanks for a lovely trip!

This place was incredibly beautiful and very well appointed. For us, it was a perfect home base to explore from. The gardens of the house were the perfect place to relax and the views were incredibly beautiful. Host was very responsive and helpful with local logistics (we were coming without a car). The only drawback is that the house was quite damp - especially the main bedroom - but even knowing that I'd be tempted to return because of how beautiful it was.

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

We had a lovely stay here despite dreadful weather! Ed was an amazing host, very fast at replying and great recommendations for restaurants which were all fab. House is in a lovely position and you feel very private once inside, its close to the rice paddy fields and you can walk to the beach which is a bonus. This is a lovely area with a beautiful beach but there is quite a bit of construction going on close by which is a shame. The noise didn't disturb us at all as it was up in the hills. The beach is quite wild but really lovely and has great restaurants & bars to watch the sunset. We wanted to surf but the waves wernt right here for our week but we found an amazing beach down the coast to surf so there are always options if you hire a car. We had an amazing, magical stay at Casa Das Rosas. Hugo and Laura are really wonderful hosts. Please follow all their recommendations for things to do in Sintra and beyond. They really made our stay so special. The house is so nicely designed and really comfortable. The small outside sitting area on the cobblestone walkway is perfect for morning coffee. The location is great for walking. The walk to the old part of Sintra takes about 10 minutes. Take the path through the Parque Liberdade to old Sintra. You won’t be sorry . We hope to be able return to Casa Das Rosas. Thank you Hugo & Laura!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa da Falesia. We were welcomed to the house by Renato and his wife. They were extremely helpful, explaining all the house details and giving us advice about the surroundings, places to visit, where to eat (we went 3 times to Tia Rosa) and buy essentials . The house is fully equipped, and even if there is no air conditioning, it kept cool and comfortable the whole stay, even if the temperatures outside were quite high (32C). The beach is three minutes away, by walk, accessible by a stair that goes down an amazing cliff, resembling a star wars scenery. The location was perfect for us, as it allow us to do some birding excursions at the trails of Lagoa de Sto André, and to the bird observation tower at Praia de Melides. It’s also close to Comporta, where you can find some nice designer shops (even if quite expensive), and Troia, where you can find a beautiful beach, where swimming is less challenging. We do hope to return one day.

Anthony's accomodation was extremely beautiful and spacious. For everyone of us privacy is extremely important and we had it there all the time. House was clean and marvellous. Swimming pools was great. Anthony was a great host and was answering our questions very quickly. We would strongly reccomend this place to individuals or families and friends who want to relax and have a lovely time.
