We had a great time at Swee Lim’s house. The place is squeaky clean and it’s easy to check in. Location is near to the town where most restaurants are located. Highly recommended if you just want to spend a weekend away from home and would stay in most of the time. The pool is entertaining for the kids and the house is spacious for diff activities for diff groups. Would want to come back again if I’m coming with my family again

It’s a semi D lot with lots of plants in the compound to welcome you. The house and rooms are spacious each equipped with 2 queen size beds. The house is spotlessly clean especially the floor! Toilets are really clean too. Owners gave detailed instructions so we had no issues finding our way to the place. Overall we are very satisfied with the amenities provided!

William is a great host - he is friendly and chatty! A very warm person that you would consider him as your friend/relative! William’s place located at a neighbourhood that meant a lot to me - I practically spent my childhood there so seeing how William transforms the old house into something more modern however still managed to preserve the nostalgic feeling deserves my hat off to him! This place is indeed a gem! Explore while you can as William is considering to let go and move on to more exciting projects!

Comfort and clean environment.

Great price for the stay. House is fantastic. Even got chair for baby and game station. Walkable to 7E and KK mart. Very near to place attraction. I would definitely come again next time visitting Ipoh.

Host so friendly and quick response

George sent check in instructions very early and it was very clear. He is also okay when we needed to check in half an hour earlier, as the house as ready prior. In fact I think he is ok for us to check in even earlier. ☺️. He is very responsive to all my queries. The house made us feel like home. Can tell that the bathrooms are quite recently renovated and are clean. The bed are comfortable too. This is a conducive place for a big family to stay in if you are driving. The rooms are big, a lot of living space for us to move about. We had a comfortable stay.

One of the best gem in Ipoh, very big space, clean, got every essential every house should have, very great location, near to hospital, walking distance to convenience store, bank, 5 minutes drive to Aeon mall, 15 minutes drive to Tambun, 15 minutes to concubine lane, plenty of parking space. Great great great house. Lovely host. Happy CNY ❤️❤️

Cozy and comfortable for 11 of us with 3d2n stay. Check in process was seamless. Location was great with eateries nearby.

My family and I were very enjoyed staying at Vivian's place. Vivian and MK gave me the good instruction to reach their place, they are very friendly and helpful. The place is decorated with unique and antique decorations, as a Malaysian staying at this homestay make us feel like go back to the childhood time. The room space organised well, the equipments they provided was exactly what we needed, such as basic toiletries, towels, hairdryer, dinnerwares, table for mahjong, space for smoking, space for tea & chitchat. Staying at Vivian's place just like staying at home, we are looking forward our next trip to stay here again!

Calm & peaceful stay.

Very affordable unit for such a big place and near central of Ipoh. every room has ensuite bathroom with their own hairdryer. ample space for 3 pax a room. The place was also easily accessible, with ample parking nearby despite us having 4 couples (4 cars) staying in the unit.

A pleasant stay. Owner Seng Foo was very responsive and friendly. We stayed with our kids and were looking out for a place nearby to family function venue. And overall stay was pleasant and smooth!

A big house for a big family outing. It is on the outskirt of Ipoh side and quiet.

We came to Ipoh for a 4 days training and had a pleasant stay in Darren’s house . The house is in convenient location which just 10mins drive to get nice foods around . The rooms are clean , but one of the king size bed is hard which not so comfy to sleep. Except than that , everything is good .
