Here you are surrounded by picturesque alleys with close proximity to the sea and cliffs but also to the forest with exercise tracks 600 meters away. In high season there are 3 good restaurants within about 400 meters. The cottage is built in 2012 with underfloor heating and a high coziness factor. From the terrace you have a beautiful sea view. If you need to work with the computer or stream movies, there is fiber with internet connection of up to 250Mbit/SEK completely free. AppleTV is available in the cabin.

If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and to Ramsvikslandens nature reserve it is 9.2 km. To Nordens Ark it is 15 min with a car, as well as Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. Nearby is also to Fjällbacka.

Enjoy a memorable stay while staying at this unique place. I am a retiree who rents out a separate apartment, with a private entrance, in our villa. During low season, Sept - May. The apartment is rented minimum 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during the low season. The house is quiet and rural in nice Hunnebostrand. About 2 km to the shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.

We had a wonderful stay at Philip’s place! The house was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and perfectly located for exploring the area. There was so much to see and do just a short drive away, and the beautiful nature around us made it easy to relax and recharge. The sea was just a quick walk from the house, which was such a bonus. Philip and his family were incredibly kind, helpful, and proactive — they gave us fantastic local recommendations and made us feel right at home. All the instructions were clear and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again, and already plan to. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the small, cozy cabin during our 4 days very much. Swimming opportunities and restaurants are within walking distance. Also good starting point for discovering nearby towns by car. The place felt fresh and clean, with comfortable beds. We only cooked breakfast in the cabin which worked great. The only thing we were missing during the stay was a full body mirror and a shoehorn, which had made it easier. Otherwise, a very cozy accommodation we are happy to return to.

Very modern and nice place. We enjoyed the stay as a family a lot! Bovallstrand in general has an excellent Harbour/ waterfront area for walks and to relax.

We had a really great time with our two children (5, 6 years old). The house is beautifully situated on a mountain with magnificent views. The amenities are great. The small details like fresh flowers and high-quality soap make all the difference here. The possibilities in the area are diverse. Whether beautiful harbor towns or great nature - everyone gets their money's worth here. Or you can just stay in the house with all the amenities, such as the fireplace, which we unfortunately used more often due to the cool weather. Our children didn't care about the weather. They were always outside "climbing".

Pia is an extraordinary host with a big heart! We felt very welcome and spoilt by her hospitality. Her place is impeccable, spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable, it’s even better than on the photos. The beds are very comfy, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The terrace with sea view is incredible. Pia gave is a lot of tips for the area. We loved the peace and serenity around and driving to nearby picturesque fishing villages. We were sad to leave. Thank you for welcoming us in your beautiful home, dear Pia!

Nice and cocy place in the heart of Bohuslän

A excellent stay in a great place. A great place to explore such an interesting area full of history especially the fantastic iron age rock art. The place is so well designed and has everything you could need for a relaxed time. The sea is right there too and wonderful walks right from the house especially to see sunsets over the sea if you are lucky enough to get the weather. Many thanks to a great host.
