Nice polite host. The apartment is in a new residential complex, 10-15 minutes to a large ATB. There is everything you need for your stay: shampoo, soap, cooking utensils, hairdryer, iron.Clean 👌🏻 enough, but it is advisable to replace the bathroom curtains and towels.

The apartment is cozy and clean. We loved it. Very nice view from the window in the evening. We just forgot our toothbrushes and it was nice to have the hosts take care and leave disposable packed with toothpaste in the toilet.

The settlement took place smoothly. Natalia has a brother who helped with the settlement, which took place without the presence of the owners (I love it). We received all the info from the settlement and other useful information through their telegram work, which was very convenient. The place is quite spacious and clean. It wasn't a problem to find a parking spot every night. Your place is worth your money!

Amazing place. Clean, neat and feels like a home. Lighting is very good too and the view of the highway is beautiful. I 100% recommend this host/place.

Stayed three of us - it was very comfortable with so many. We liked everything. The apartment is nice. Warm, comfortable. Great sleeping places. It is rare enough to have such opportunities and amenities in a one-bedroom apartment, and so everything is organically assembled for a temporary stay. Wonderful location, transport interchange, for us it was very relevant walking distance to the necessary places. Host is available as well as polite and accurate. I would recommend it!

Great house to relax and reboot. Value for money is great! The house has a sauna and hot tub, which is cool. You can sit by the fire in the fireplace, you can outdoors, you can go to a local restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is quick and customer-oriented. You can park inside a protected area. I have the best experience, I recommend it!

Alex's villa is a wonderful place to spend time and rest with your family or friends. Quite and secure area near the city and all infrastructure, a nice yard with a lot of beautiful trees and a great landscape, and a garden house, on the first floor of the villa, is a big, deep pool with sauna and gym, we enjoy the pool a lot, another 2 floors are fully complicated with all furniture for a family with own kitchen, working and rest area. Villa is like an art gallery with a lot of decor elements and beautiful arts that Alex's wife did, we enjoy our time very much, will come back again, Highly recommended!

Wonderful place with a wonderful host. We were immediately warned about the temporary lack of some amenities, but we loved the photos so much that we still arrived. Lesya is very hospitable, friendly, kind and caring: she met us, showed us everything, told us, helped to feel comfortable, was always in touch, gladly and enthusiastically answered all questions and requests, recommended interesting places to visit and worried about us during anxieties. The house is located on the same plot with Lesin, in the yard is very beautiful: the landscape design is delightful! You have an aesthetic pleasure. The house has everything you need, and if something is missing, the host will be happy to provide you with everything. The inside is very cozy, quiet and calm. There is a basement. Beautiful design carefully and thought out in detail. Separately, I want to note the impeccable cleanliness everywhere that struck me! I thought there was no one in the house before us, so everything was washed and cleaned. Thank you so much Lesya!

Everything was great! The place is clean, cozy and fully corresponds to the description, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anna is very friendly and always in touch, there is a parking space. Excellent location — only 5-7 minutes walk to the incredible view and the sea. I want to come back here again!

Apartment in 5 minutes from the metro. The location is correct. New, warm, clean. There is a paid parking nearby, and you can find a place to put for free around the house. A good alternative to staying at the Centre. By metro to Maidan Independence stop 15 min. Near 2 shopping centers.

We stayed in this apartment and were absolutely delighted! The apartment is spacious, cozy and very clean. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, everything is done with care for guests – comfortable furniture, fresh repairs, good appliances. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay: from dishes and bed linen to fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location was also pleasant – nearby shops, cafes and a convenient transport interchange. Special thanks to the hostess! Very nice, friendly and hospitable. I was always in touch, helped with any questions, and check-in and check-out went quickly and without problems. Feel free to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay and would love to come back again!
