We stayed for a weekend with family, it’s a great place for a large party. The property is modern and has a great kitchen and dining area for everyone to sit at. The house is clean and modern and the hot tub is lovely to relax in after a day of hiking. There is plenty of parking and the property is located a short walk from shops and restaurants which is a great feature.

We stayed for 2 nights in May/June..the cottage was a perfect base for our adventure up Yy Wyddfa/Snowdon. Amazing, comfortable, everything we needed, we would love to stay again, and could have easily stayed longer. Fabulous hot shower and bath in the spacious bathroom, especially after a night up a mountain! Super comfortable beds. Karen gave us lots of helpful information especially regarding parking. Its a short walk to the high street with plenty of restaurants, shops and things to do and see. We didnt need to take the car out if we didn't want to. Highly recommended...Thank you.

There was 8 adults in our group, we found the property spacious and more than adequate for us. The large dining table was a hit, great for playing games, cards etc plenty of room for us all to sit and eat. The large lounge was also a great space. Beds were comfortable. The shower in the main bathroom is amazing especially after a long hike. The location was great only a 10 minute walk to the Llanberis path. All in all a great place to stay for a large group.

The house is in a beautiful location, overlooking the bay. It was particularly lovely when the tide came in, bringing with it numerous species of birds, including fourteen swans. This is the perfect place if you are a birdwatcher (there is a hide about half a mile up the road, too). The house itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. It was a perfect location with easy access to Anglesey, Snowdonia, and the Llyn Peninsula.

Great communications from start to finish. Well placed town house in the centre of town so everything in Barmouth was a short walk away. Very clean and well presented throughout. This was our 1st Airbnb experience for my 50th birthday celebrations and we will definitely use again.

It's a great place to stay, very dog friendly with a very secured garden. Bar/ restaurant stone throw away from house , beach which is walking distance. There is plenty of great places near by to visit and would recommend the boat trip at New Quay. This is my second time in the house and already booked for next year. 3 adults ,1 dog.

Really lovely place. Has everything you need. In a perfect location. We had a really nice time staying here. Definitely recommend for families. Tim was extremely helpful.

Lovely house, as described and loved our stay, albeit short.

We had a great stay from the get go with Sam checking in with us that we had arrived safely and that everything was as expected, which it was. The downstairs rooms were airy and light with plenty of comfy furniture; the kitchen, not that we used it much, was large clean and really well equipped. The bedrooms were excellent with quality bedding and as with the bathroom, spotlessly clean. The rear outside space is a good size with a table and bench seating and is safe and secure, our little dog was very happy out there. We didn't get to use the hot tub but it was very well maintained, clean and ready to go if we wanted it. Parking outside the property is straightforward and the house location is a very short step to the lovely promenade for a then leisurely 10 to 15 minute stroll to the shops, bars, restaurants and harbour. We definitely recommend Sam's place if you're looking to stay in Barmouth and we'll certainly stay there again when we return. Thanks Sam 👍

What a beautiful ,charming & well presented lodge. We felt at home the minute we entered. A nice little touch with the welcome pack and what a treat to come back to a relaxing hot tub. This lodge is situated in a perfect location for all attractions and amenities. We would love to return.

We had a wonderful stay! Emma was a fantastic host—her communication was excellent, always quick to respond and super helpful. She even shared details about events happening in the park during our visit, which was a lovely touch. The chalet was lovely and clean and had all the amenities listed. The stay at Hendy Bach was lovely. It felt very cozy and had beautiful views from all windows. Our family and dog had a great time with nearby attractions. Hosts were kind and responsive. Would love to come again!

We had a lovely stay at this caravan — it was the perfect base for exploring the area. There was loads of room in the living area for Four’s crate, and the kitchen was really well-equipped, with everything from a coffee machine to an air fryer. The location was ideal: right opposite a fenced-off dog walk area (great for early morning dog walks), and at the end of a row so we had fewer neighbours and really easy parking. It’s also only a 15–20 minute walk into town, with the holiday village’s clubhouse close by for added convenience. One little hiccup was Four getting very interested in the other dogs using the walk area, so we had to keep the curtains closed to keep him calm! But overall, it was a really comfortable stay for all three of us. The towels provided were super soft, and the shower was surprisingly good too — always a bonus in a caravan stay! The host’s communication was excellent, and we all had a great night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend to other dog owners lookin

We couldn't recommend thise place more highly. We had a brilliant and peaceful, also very enjoyable few days away. It was very clean and had everything you would need for a stay away. Sharon and Dave, the hosts are lovely and go out their way to make your time there as fantastic as possible. We will definitely be returning.

This place and the views were amazing!! Absolutely breath taking!! The views are insane! The house was lovely and cosy and the view of the stars in the night were something else! The shop is next door but one, the pub is over the road and there was a lovely lake 2 minutes walk, the locals were so friendly it was just perfect thankyou!

We loved our short stay at Lock House. Emma and Andrew were helpful and welcoming and the cottage was clean as a whistle, comfortable and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided, including a very generous welcome pack and lots of helpful information about the area. The canal-side setting was wonderful. We hope we'll be able to visit again. We had a lovely 2 night stay in this beautiful cottage. 20 minute walk from the beach and a 1 minute walk from the local pub which does great food. Cant recommend enough!

A comfortable, home from home cottage. A lovely garden to relax in after a day exploring, listening to the sounds of bird song and the gurgling of water. A welcome basket with goodies, including eggs from their hens, was very welcome! Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return in the future.
