Patrick is an active owner of a nice wooden house. He always offered to help and advise on what and where to do and give tips on where to go. The place nice and clean. We were in the winter time. When a person is in the cabin for the first time, they do a bit of water plugging in. Patrick was helpful and patient and communicated quickly. It needs to be a little better in the summer. I don't have comments. I can highly recommend! 💪👌👍

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Emma was excellent. Apartment is in a great location. 5 minute walk to nearby apres ski, restaurants, lake front, and about 7 minutes away from the ski hill. Apartment would fit 4 comfortably. Pricey, but every hotel/airBnB in Zell am see is expensive. Would recommend and stay at again.

Barbara was the friendliest air bnb owner to meet! She was very open and warm, showed us around and explained everything and was always quickly accessible. We thought it was especially sweet that she gave us recommendations for the area and offered us her homemade bread! The sauna and subsequent ice bathing are also the perfect rest after a ski day. We would always come back! Best wishes from Sebi, Max, Joshua and Paul!

Thanks so much for the nice days and great tips. The conservatory is so beautiful and really cozy even in bad weather. You can tell that Geri and Elisabeth lived in the apartment themselves for a long time. Everything is very well thought out and the furnishings are of very high quality. For example, underfloor heating in the conservatory and bathroom, superbly equipped kitchen, cozy beds. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

Remy's place, the Ropferhof, is a dream. One of the most beautiful places I have stayed anywhere in the world, with incredible mountain & valley views. It is part of a complex that includes a fantastic restaurant, connected to skiing/hiking trails and close to Seefeld & other fun towns. The apartment is simple but has everything one needs for a family vacation. Kids loved the loft hideaway. We especially appreciated the craftsmanship of the building & furniture. Remy & staff really care about this special place. Highly recommended!

Great accommodation on a well-kept farm with private garage and direct access to the apartment – perfect in case of rain. We were there as a family of 4 and were allowed to use the garden. For the children there were toys, the area was well fenced and safe. Particularly pleasant: Sara was always available, warm and provided us with great tips on the surrounding area. Supermarkets, bakeries and good restaurants are within easy reach. The apartment was very clean, well equipped – incl. Sauna – and pleasantly quiet through well-insulated windows, despite proximity to the highway. The sauna was a real highlight after hikes. The region is beautiful and offers a lot to discover – ideal for families. We felt completely comfortable. Thanks, Sara!

Very nice, brand new apartment. Well equipped (except for washing machine) and super clean. Host is welcoming and gives good advice on the many activities in the region. If we could improve one thing it would be the curtains in the second bedroom, we were woken up early by the light. In summary, a great experience :-)

Very nice apartment in a quiet location in a small residential area. Great view to the south towards Hohe Tauern or to the north towards Steinernes Meer. On foot, you can reach the lake in 15 minutes, and by car, it is also only 15 minutes to the ski resort to Saalbach-Hinterglemm. In summer, it's definitely great for cycling. Thanks to Mathilde and Alois for the lovely stay!

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

It is a beautiful, complete and clean apartment. There was a cot and high chair available. Location is perfect: opposite a beautiful beach on the lake and the starting point of the boat on the Achensee. Close to the climbing forest and within walking distance of many nice villages, restaurants and supermarket. Thomas is a very helpful and friendly host who responds quickly and has fun tips for the region. We enjoyed it. The apartment is nicer and is more central than looks on the pictures and description.

Amazing place to stay. Just a stone’s throw from the lake. The place was spotless and superclean. The host were responsive and gave excellent suggestions for local sightseeing and food. We had a great stay at the apartment, everything was as described and the area was nice and calm. We travelled by car which was useful in our case as the apartment is a 5 minute drive from Zell am See and 20 minute drive from Saalbach. Elfriede was great and helpful host.
