Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

The apartment is located 2 min by car from e18 and 4 min from the city center, but in a very quiet residential area with only a few houses. the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! Walls are extra sound isolated so you don't hear the traffic. we have a big jacuzzi with room for 7 people, available all year! please don't hesitate to contact us if there's anything you need.

Velkommen til vårt sjarmerende hus på Sørlandet! Dette huset ligger rett ved sjøen og er det perfekte stedet for en stor familie som ønsker å tilbringe lange sommerdager sammen. Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Her kan du nyte båtliv, fiske eller bare slappe av ved vannkanten.

The apartment is located in the basement of the seaside house in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/seafront is agreed with the host.

Equally suitable for animal-loving family with children, as for Enjoy the animals, take a condo trip, a ride on the boat, or a jog in the forest. Pick eggs from the hens, pick your own mint tea. BBQ in our swimming area or just relax and enjoy the view of the water from a hammock. We are usually at home and can assist with whatever it may be. Peaceful and hospitable.
