In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Vargskär is located on Gräsö's eastern side and from here you can go directly out to the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is located near the lake with beautiful views of the fjord. To the swimming jetty and boat, it is just over 300 meters. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and a total of 8 beds. Winterized and can be used all year round.

Small bathing place close to the house. Larger beach as well as nice walking paths, bike paths and fishing opportunities in the nearby area. About a 15-minute drive to the east coast Öregrund. Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

The assistant's apartment in Östhammar

In a beautiful cultural-historical house from the 18th century on the Schramska farm in central Östhammar you will find the attendance floor. The former room for the store clerk is now carefully renovated into a comfortable home where the logs, linden reefs and plank floors are left, but now supplemented with a modern kitchen, washing machine, wifi and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the cozy garden and the pergola's outdoor furniture together with the host couple.

Enjoy a morning or evening swim from your own dock and take a ride on the lake or take a walk in the woods right outside the door. Close by you will find the outdoor area Fjällnora and if you want to get into town, it is about 20 minutes into Sweden's fourth largest city where you will find all the selection of restaurants and shopping you can imagine.
