The views from the balcony were absolutely amazing. Check-in was extremely easy. The location was perfect. There were restaurants, corner stores, and money exchange locations right around the corner. Carlos also provided Beach Towels!! 10 out of 10 and will definitely be staying here on my next visit.

Great location and a great Hostess. Place was beautiful and very close to all time great things to do in the Walled City. Hostess had great comminations and great recommendations. The place was perfect for our 4 adults and one baby. The private roof deck and second floor balcony was perfect! 100% going to stay here again.

The apartment fully met our expectations, beautiful view and easy excess to restaurants and shops. Very good access to transportation. Very friendly building staff. The host is always attentive to respond to our messages.

We loved our stay here! It was such a nice place and Luis was an extremely helpful, kind host. We highly recommend opting for the in-house breakfast and lunch made by one of the staff members. in the apartment. The meals that Paulina made were our favorites from our entire visit to Cartagena.

wow. what a beautiful place with an amazing view. everything was very close. the beach right across the the street. everything we wanted was walkung distance. best part is even tho the center for all the fun was 5 min or less thru uber we felt safe and happy being where we were at. the rooftop pool was a dream. all in all the staff was great too. deffinitely rebooking this place when i come back.

WONDERFUL HOUSE! All just for us. Pawel as the only host in Cartagena allowed us to invite guests. On the terrace we made a barbecue, spent some time in the Jacuzzi and listened to music looking at the sunset on the panorama of Cartagena. Pawel rented us a great car and Alejandro prepared dinner teaching us how to prepare Caribbean specialties. Everything was so clean and well smell. Definitely my top1!

I would highly recommend staying here. Some friends and I stayed there for 4 nights. Camalina (housekeeper) took care of us as if we were her own. She grocery shopped and cooked for us upon request. She also cleaned the place and our rooms daily. Make sure you tip her each day. Yustin (night security) picked up where she left off making sure we had everything we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. The location is perfect. You walked out the front door and you’re immediately surrounded by restaurants, shops, spas, artwork and vendors. The area is super friendly and we saw a ton of families as we took in the area. I can’t say enough about how accommodating the owners are. Each room has its own key and a safe to lock up any valuables. I only have two words….BOOK IT!!!

Juan’s place was amazing, the house is beautiful and can’t fit a large family or just be the perfect get away destination for a couple. We would love to come back!! 10/10 His staff makes it better!!!

This home exceeded our expectations. We were comfortable and felt safe in this neighborhood. Many restaurants are in walkable distance. The people are friendly and wholesome. Karina was very sweet and responsive to our needs. A beautiful stay for our time in Columbia.

Pretty colonial house in a good location close to Cartagena main sights. The furniture and linen are dated and need an update (stained towels and sheets, old mattresses). The pool is great to cool down. The upstairs terrace isn’t very private. The house has a lot of potential and could be elevated with a few fixes. That said, this is a solid choice in the historic center for the price.

Such a great place! Katya was very responsive and helpful, in English. The doorman were also helpful once we got there, even with our limited Spanish. The rooftop hot tub was cold, but it was hot that day so we didn't really care. The view was amazing and the room was awesome! Had a great stay and would recommend this place for sure. Right in the heart of the walled city with lots of great shops and restaurants around.

Magdalena is a great host. We were very comfortable with 2 small kids in the two bedrooms. Beds are big, 2 bathrooms and laundry room are super helpful. She has everything you could possibly need in her apartment. Kitchen had all the basic supplies like salt, oil, coffee. All utensils, pots and pans. It is a great location - short cab ride from Historical district and ferry station. Beach right across the street and many restaurants, nail salons, stores within a couple of minutes' walk. Beautiful view from the balcony. Pool, beach, parking garage, even a cafe. Would highly recommend.

This is a must book if you can find an open slot. My brother and I were very comfortable and peaceful during our stay. The attention to details of the interior design made us feel right at home. The views are amazing from the 35th floor, oh what a view of Categana, Columbia. The security of the building was nice and professional. The surrounding neighborhood was safe enough to walk to the store at any hour of the night. If I were to live in Categana this building would be at the top of my list. The host was very flexible with checking in and out. We were satisfied with the level of customer services and care that was shown to us. This is an example of what an Airbnb experience should be, felt so much like home we almost forgot we had to check out. If you have the pleasure to be hosted by Alexandra trust me you will not be disappointed. This review is a true testament of my brother and I experience. Great job with getting this right! We were blessed with the experience

Great location and beautiful views. Amenities are excellent and place feels very safe. Conveniently located beside big shopping mall.

PROS: Perfect location, very safe place, great supermarket at same location, beautiful views, Uber/Taxi just 3 minutes, admission only to property owners and/or airbnb customers, no visitors allowed, want to come back soon, 15 minutes away from airport, 5 minutes away from Old City/Getsemaní, perfect for couples/families, living/dining furniture at balcony with 2 lounge chairs, incredible sunset views from balcony, 2 internet services available (in case of failure service), very comfortable, nice motorized horizontal wood blinds, very good kitchen appliances CONS: JBL portable speaker sounds terrible (fortunately I always bring my Bose Portable Sound System), one TV remote control does not work, master bedroom motorized blinds does not work

very good everything, zero complaints the truth would come back as a recommendation they should put a soap dish in the bathroom because it does not have and is not hygienic to put the soap elsewhere
