It is a small house, independent, has very good energy, you will feel a lot of peace, it is comfortable, cosy, simple, has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. It has hot water, internet, garden with big avocado trees, bbq area, parking. 10 minutes from shopping centres like Scala Shopping or Ventura Mall, to go cycling or walking is the Chaquiñán, 50 min from Papallacta the hot springs pools and 20 min from the airport.

It is a 90m2 detached house with its private garden, fruit trees, you will see and hear birds of various species and view there is view towards the Ilalo. There is a parking space (1) ✅Check in from 3pm and check out until 11am ⛔️Events and parties are prohibited. Also not allowed to make recordings or photos.
