I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.

An outdoor patio area is showcased, featuring a wooden table surrounded by four wicker chairs. String lights hang overhead, creating a cozy ambiance. A decorative border of potted plants adds greenery, while a railing offers a partial view beyond the enclosed space.

The entrance is a bit complicated, but the owner gives pretty clear instructions on how to enter, so it's not that much of a problem. The Airbnb is just like the picture, it has everything you need, and it's really nice. The owner also communicates well and is really friendly. I would definitely go back. It's really comfortable

Everything was excellent, they let us check in earlier and although we arrived a little late due to some issues, he welcomed us very kindly. The place is safe and the villa is super spacious for large groups. I would just recommend adding more cooking utensils. Otherwise, it was excellent 😊

Great airbnb in a beautiful and calm location. Restaurants, groceries, and small fruit and vegetable store nearby. Great for long stays. The neighborhood has become my favorite in Quito. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The apartment is clean with a full functioning kitchen, the patio is a plus. I greatly recommend staying here.

This home was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The host was very communicative and helped us with any questions we had promptly. The area is very fun with lots of great restaurants and bars, though a bit noisy at night. Some reviews had said there were issues with hot water but this was not a problem for us, the host explained how to change the water settings and it was very warm. The air conditioning was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this location for large groups!

My experience in the apartment was excellent. From the moment we arrived, everything was impeccably clean, which conveys a lot of peace of mind. The location is ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area, perfect for resting. The decor is modern and cozy, and the place is very comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always attentive, kind and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

We enjoyed staying with Julian, he always answered our doubts shortly. Comfortable and safe place to rest. We went for work and the house was well equipped for our needs.
