The house is located on the edge of the Tuffé body of water (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as navigation allowed). Tuffé is located in the heart of Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24h circuit, 1 hour from the Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest motorway exit is 5 minutes away.

The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
