The place was very cozy and homey and was perfect for our group. Space was pet friendly and they also provided a pet bed. It has all the necessities, all amenities are as listed. Everyone had their own bed and all 3 rooms were nicely set up. Location was accessible, had parking, and was across Good Shepherd and Mines View. Asha was a good host and very helpful and responsive. We had a fuss free stay at their unit!

We had an awesome stay, the house is comfortable and spacious, well enough for a party of 16 people. Clean and all of the A/C works perfect. The weather is so hot and that’s what you will definitely need. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. We chose this location because it’s in the center of Vigan and Baguio. It is also close to the beach and great restaurants. To top it all the hosts, Rey and Deborah are very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

We found a gem in this place. It really feels like home. I slept peacefully after a long drive. I wish we could stay longer. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I will stay in Baguio. Very near to Burnham Park & Session Road. Traffic is so heavy in Baguio so having a place near the main tourist attraction is a must-must. You have all the basic needs you need in your stay at this unit, plus you can always go down to Savemore to buy your goods and foods. The pinoy resto near the lobby is good also, we love the seafood platter and has good amount of serving (i forgot the resto name sorry). Lastly, the host Ms. Vj is very very accommodating. I was very well informed about anything I need to know about the unit, from her & from all the reminders posted inside the unit. Also, another plus are the clean towels! Yay! The only thing that confused us is the bathroom door from the bedroom, it worries us that it can be opened accidentally since it cant be locked from the inside.

It was a wonderful place! Peaceful but the road leading to the place was a bit cramped and if you have a big car it will be quite troublesome. Everything was clean and spotless but there was one time the water almost went out while I was showering. All in all, it was quite a pleasant stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria Teresa's place. The compound where the place was had a right of way to the beach. The kitchen was well-equiped, so we found it easy to use it. Jenny, her assistant who showed us in, was very helpful.

Carol’s apartment was a cozy space away from the bustle of the towns. This meant that nights were peaceful and perfect for a quiet retreat. It’s off the beaten track, so don’t expect to walk to your destinations. Grab and tryke/taxi services will get you what you need. Carol herself was very accommodating and extremely responsive to all messages. She made things easy with clear instructions and was on hand if we needed help. The room is a delight and very well planned. It faces the beach in the distance with a full length window, so you catch the sunset, but has a wall where the sunrise is blocked—perfect for sleeping in. Highly recommend.

JLC Staycation: Relax & Explore

I really enjoyed Luke's place! The house is absolutely brand new, though this could potentially have downsides - like construction noise - but I didn't experience any disturbances at all. The only thing worth keeping in mind is that the property doesn't have air conditioning. This isn't a major issue, but it can occasionally get warm. There is a fan provided, but it's a bit small. Perhaps a larger fan would be beneficial. I'd also like to mention that the shower drainage was a bit slow. I'm confident this could be fixed in just 5 minutes with some drain cleaner. I was surprised that WiFi isn't included and needs to be paid for separately. It might be nice to include this in the future. However, I can't deduct any points for these things since both the absence of WiFi and AC were clearly stated in the listing. Overall, it's a lovely place! :)
