Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

Super clean room, spacious and fully equipped. The host and the staffs are friendly and supportive. Lake view is stunning especially with the sunset. Surely i will introduce this place to my friends when they come to Hanoi

Beautiful location with lake and park just across the street, perfect for morning walks and relaxing views. There were also some nice shops and cafes nearby, which made everything super convenient. I was able to leave my luggage after checking out, which was really helpful since my flight was in the evening and I wanted to go shopping. A peaceful and pleasant stay overall!

Anna has been really hospitable from the time I arrive to the time I checked out. Despite my late arrival as I was coming from a sleeper bus, she waited to ensure I had a smooth process checking in and switched on the air-con to cool the room in time when I arrive. Instructions were clear as visuals were provided. Room was as shown and clean too! Smells really nice and cozy. Had a pleasant time here and it was sweet of her to bring up some lychee fruits and change of towels. There is also a halal restaurant less than 5 mins away the accom. The extension cable is beneficial for us too! Would be great to have a big mirror in the room itself. Anna is very responsive and overall an amazing host. Highly recommend! :) Thank you Anna! Great host and staff — was travelling with my father and they offered the apartment next door for him which was so helpful. Places were clean and neat and had all available amenities present. Would recommend this place.

So spacious and comfy! Stayed here for about a week and it was well worth the money.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

Finding the place, especially at night, was a little tricky, but we had been sent very detailed instructions, and a kind neighbor also showed us where to go. When we arrived, Minh, the son, walked us through everything we needed to know about our place. He was very friendly and helpful when we had questions, not only during check-in, but throughout our stay. If he didn't know the answer, he looked into it for us. Very spacious and perfect for what we needed during our brief time in Hanoi. We definitely recommend!

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

Great place and very helpful host. It was an ideal base from which to explore the old quarter of Hanoi but provided a place where you could come back to and relax. We would highly recommend 👌

Absolutely loved our stay at this place! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and communication with was excellent. Site located to some sort of military area so very protected and safe. Gorgeous view to colonial house. Super quiet as well so can sleep peacefully. Highly recommend!

Home away from home experience! The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean and located in the Old Quarter - very convenient to walk around. The host Thuy and Phong are very helpful and caring, they are willing to help when my friend was suddenly ill. I highly recommend this place. This is the second time staying here and will continue to stay here in future trips.
