I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment, I had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, everything you need is around you. I stayed for 2 days, and the apartment was impeccably clean. The host provided ample amenities and a fully equipped kitchen, which made my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. It was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning again!

Прекрасные апартаменты, прекрасный дом, мы прожили уже несколько месяцев и очень рады возвращаться домой после прогулок! У нас не было вообще никаких проблем. Поверьте в апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания и удаленной работы. Лиана с заботой относиться к гостям и квартире. Если мы будем приезжать в Ереван, хотели бы останавливаться именно в этих аппаратаментах💜

The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. Excellent location. Eliza was very nice and responsive and helped with a couple of things we needed during our stay!

Everything went perfectly smooth, from the check in to checking out. The apartment in beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen contains everything what you need. Linen is very clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever experienced. Be advised that the apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator but it doesn’t feel hard. And also noise from the avenue may be disturbing sometimes, but those from big cities may feel at home:) Overall, very convenient location, near all the major points of interest, supermarket 5min walk down the street. Nous avons passés deux bonnes journées dans la région, la maison est très agréable, nous étions 6 dont 4 enfants. De magnifiques balades à faire depuis la maison, une très belle vue depuis la terrasse ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, arrivée et départ d'une grande simplicité !
