Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. Transit stops across the street, Vancouver within 45 minutes by bus.

This unit is a separate part of the house, private entrance, across the street from the ocean, five minutes from Ferries to Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands, 40 minutes to downtown Vancouver, 20 minutes to airport. A 10 minute walk brings you to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and all necessities. Public transportation across the street. Lovely dyke walks in both directions along the ocean. Bikes and kayaks may be made available. Propane two-burner cooker available in pergola area.

Surrounded by our beautiful garden and the natural wonders of this oceanside community, it is within walking distance of beaches, trails, dykes, shopping, eateries and coffee shops. Easily accessible by public transit, there are many attractions just a short trip away including the Tsawwassen Ferry terminal to Vancouver Island, beautiful farms and nature sanctuaries.

A little studio with a large patio in our backyard

This is a beautiful new studio type suite that is close to must-see destinations. Minutes to Vancouver Island Ferries, Tsawwassen Mill Mall and 20 minutes to Vancouver Airport. Walking trails close by along with a variety of restaurants and breweries in the vicinity. The space is a small suite in our backyard which offers complete privacy. There is a private small kitchen, a double bed, a private washroom and secure driveway parking. Guest will have a private access to the unit.

Large, bright studio suite (approx. 650 sq. ft.) with close proximity to the beach, ferry, grocery stores, pharmacies, water park as well as the Tsawwassen Mills/Commons shopping malls. The suite is on the main floor of a house in a central residential neighbourhood. Patio doors lead to a large, private deck with a patio table/chairs. There is a private entrance to the suite. We just added a propane BBQ, so you can enjoy grilling while sitting on the beautiful deck!
