Unique opportunity to stay directly on the pier and just 3 meters from the waterfront in the iconic Bjarke Ingels building on the newly built Aarhus Island. Wi-Fi and private parking space included. In good weather, the harbor promenade just outside is well visited. Cozy and well-utilized bathhouse with sleeping loft. Fantastic, south-facing, 180-degree panoramic views of the water, harbor and city skyline. Small living at its best - perfect for couples or business travelers. The kitchen with electric kettle and fridge - not possible to cook hot food.

Charming dog-friendly cottage (dog hatch in the back door to an escape-proof dog yard and fenced garden. Renovated in 2023 and stylishly decorated and with low-energy appliances. Beautiful large garden, close to the city and with a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most beautiful sandy & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. Equipped with heat pump, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric radiators, etc.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie wagon is high up in the sky and overlooks the steppe. The prairie is quiet and is located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three coasts and beautiful Molsbjerge etc. The prairie wagon contains everything a normal home contains, just on a smaller scale. If you like, there is the option of a sauna and a wilderness bath (to be purchased) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on the premises but otherwise keep a respectful distance. Charming energy-friendly apartment for 4 people with a small enclosed garden. There is a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom and toilet with shower. Nearby there are many attractions, beautiful nature as well as Molsbjerge and fantastic beaches and yet close to Aarhus, Ebeltoft, Randers and Grenå. 15 minutes to Djurssommerland. Also ReePark, Scandinavian Animal Park, Kattegat Center with sharks. Free parking in front of the house. 900 meters to charging stations and light rail.

In the first row and with only 80 meters to one of Denmark's best beaches, this cozy and secluded cottage with panoramic views of Kattegat.
