We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

It's a charming and secluded place with one of the best views we've ever had. The terrace at the house is wonderful for breakfast or a barbecue. The jetty by the sea gets plenty of sun in the afternoon and evening, but there is also enough shade provided by the pine trees. The house is a 20mins walk away from the village, and in May the roadside was full with wildflowers. Keep in mind that Sobra is a very quiet place, and the house is even more remote. You have to like that, but we did.

My family of five (ages 56, 55, 25, 23, and 18) loved this apartment! The location is fabulous; You cannot be any closer to the old city without staying within the walls. The views are unbelievably gorgeous. Tough to capture in photos just how wonderful the balcony is, but I'm confident it will make a few social media accounts. The rooftop balcony is covered, nicely furnished, and a terrific place for coffee, food, drinks, etc. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen and living area provide all the space you need when in Dubrovnik. Dominik arranged our transfer from the airport, a terrific guide of the old city, and coordinated an excellent boat trip to the Elaphiti Islands. This is one of our all time favorite stays!

Serenity at it's finest. The use of space 👌, the bay of Kotor was beautiful and the people watching superb. Highly recommend this place. They had a cake, candle and lighter delivered for my wife's birthday. So sweet

Ivica and Maja were friendly hosts with a beautiful home. We loved our stay on the peaceful bay and outside of the crazy city.

The villa was super clean, even cleaner than the hotels, but at the same time it felt like coming home. The house was well-equipped and the decoration was pleasing. Nevija was very kind, she answered fast and also arranged us a great boat trip that I would recommend to any group staying here. The house was in a small village among mountains, really peaceful place. There was good space for the cars at the yard.

We loved our stay at Ina's. Such a beautiful quiet spot yet just a short drive from the hussle and bussle of Dubrovnik. Ina's place and clean and even nicer than the pictures. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

This is a great place to stay! Ivana sent me photos as part of the directions to help me find the apartment and stopped by to check that I got in okay, to see if I needed anything, and to offer local recommendations. It was very clean and well decorated. I appreciated having the basics in the kitchen, including coffee and tea. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Sun Gardens, which has a small grocery store and multiple restaurants. There was also a great beach about a 20 minute walk away. The views from the patio are stunning. The quality of lodging, the views, and responsiveness of the host make it a great value.

My husband and I stayed 8 days in this beautiful Airbnb set 15 minutes outside of Dubrovnik by bus. Everything was perfect for us 😊😊 The bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good pressure and the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was clean and smelt fresh. Ivana and her husband Mario were very responsive and friendly hosts. Ivana had left cold meats and cheese and other goodies plus drinks in the fridge. Best of all was the view from the balcony 😊😊😊 My advice, do not hesitate to book. Highly recommended. Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in.

We had an amazing stay at Davor’s apartment, it was clean, very well organised, a topnotch view from the balcony and good location. I definitely recommend it and would stay once again if I’m back to Dubrovnik.

Had many treasured moments here! Danijela’s friendly energy/amazing service and her accommodation allowed for this as well as the otherworldly views seen from the balcony/roof. If I could I would take the experience and put it in my pocket to enjoy back home. Thanks a trillion Danijela.

Ivana was always very quick in responding to any questions we had. The place was very clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was by far the best part of the place. It was an easy 15 minute bus ride the the old town and when you came back the whole area was peaceful. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walkway, beach a few minute walk. I would highly recommend Ivana’s place.

Daniela was a warm and gracious and extremely welcoming host (and human being:-)). She created a lovely atmosphere in the apartment…delicious homemade coffee cake and fresh flowers from her gorgeous garden completed the wonderful welcome. The views from the balcony are spectacular and have comfortable seating to take it all in. The apartment is perfectly equipped with both essentials and extras and was in an ideal location for walking to the nearby old town/city (lots of steps but taxis are available nearby if the climb isn’t an option). You’ll love it!

This Airbnb is in the best location, and has a beautiful view of the walled city. The apartment was small, but it was a perfect size for two people. Also, having a washing machine in unit was a huge help. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Clean, comfy and scenic view from the balcony!

This apartment and garden are beautiful. The apartment is clean, freshly painted, new appliances, comfortable bed and plenty of storage. The gardens are stunning with a wide variety of flowers, grapevine covered terrace and we enjoyed watching the resident tortoises meander across the terrace and through the gardens. There are a lot of stairs to get to this apartment, so best if you don’t have a large heavy suitcase. The climb is worth it, but beware if you have any mobility issues.

What a perfect apartment for our week in Dubrovnik! Ivana is a lovely and helpful host, the apartment is spotless and well-equipped and the location is very convenient with a terrific view! Do not hesitate to book this - you'll love it, too. Maro arranged excellent day trips for us (he's a great help!) and Ivana even helped us with re-booking flights home. They are easy to communicate with and always reply promptly. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - 10 stars, if we could!

This place and the hosts were great. We originally thought we had the whole house to ourselves but it was more of individual rooms within the house which was okay. Great area with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby (expect many stairs leading to/from the home!). The hosts were very responsive and helped us immediately with any problem we had. Overall pleasant stay!

A beautiful apartment right near the lake. We had a fantastic time relaxing on the veranda. IIija met us on arrival and explained everything to us. The place was very clean and as per the pictures. Kotor is a great place to explore, the apartment is 15-20 minute walk from the old town so close to walk in but also nice to go back and relax by the lake in the peace and quiet! Highly recommend booking this place

We had such a great time staying at Irena’s place in Dobrata. The location is absolutely perfect — right by the water with the most amazing views of the bay and mountains. It was so peaceful and relaxing, and just a short drive or walk from the old town of Kotor. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. We especially appreciated the small touches Irena added to make us feel welcome, including local tips and thoughtful amenities. Irena was a fantastic host — super friendly and helpful with great local tips. She made everything really easy from check-in to check-out, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Kotor. We’d love to come back someday!

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in. We feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Nives apartment for our honeymoon. It’s an absolute paradise and felt like an oasis of calm despite being only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik Old Town. The hot tub and the garden (beautifully and lovingly cared for by Nives’ mother) were real highlights for us. Lying in the hot tub, watching the swallows swoop overhead as the bells of the city rang out, will forever live in our memories. The apartment itself was perfect - can’t fault a thing. So clean, and pretty and with every amenity you could possibly need. And the views! Wow!!Nives and her father, Paul, were wonderful - such friendly and responsive hosts. We felt so looked after! If you can book this place then do it - you won’t be disappointed!

The house is about a 15-minute drive from the Old Town, making it ideal for travelers with their own car. There is a large supermarket and a shopping center nearby where you can get all your daily necessities. Josipa is very friendly—she welcomed us and showed us around the house. The place is clean and tidy, with everything you could need. There’s also a basketball hoop and a soccer ball for kids to play with, and we had a wonderful three days.
