We spent a lovely week at the beautiful River House, it is in a great location and in beautiful surroundings. Katarina was a wonderful host providing clear and timely communications, keeping in touch throughout. We were spoilt by mum who lives nearby bringing treats. I would highly recommend River House as a home from home in Mlini.

Pero is a gem of a person. He was very responsive and quick in all the things that we needed. He was very well at communications. You have good parking space there. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Absolutely fabulous! My wife and I stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. Mislav is a joy, and his house immediately felt like home to us. We arrived to find milk and water in the fridge and many thoughtful supplies that make for a comfortable stay. Of special note, the covered terrace is perfect for morning coffee and evening wine, and the bathroom shower is the best we have found anywhere in Europe. Situated perfectly at the end of the promenade, restaurants, shops and the ferry are an easy walk away, yet once in the house all is quiet and peaceful. Cavtat is small but lovely town, the people are warm and friendly and there are many nice restaurants, one of which, Galija, is Mislav’s and not to be missed. If you enjoy beef tartare I encourage you to order it. Prepared table side by the waiter it is delicious. My wife is already planning our return to Cavtat, where will certainly stay with Mislav. It's a charming and secluded place with one of the best views we've ever had. The terrace at the house is wonderful for breakfast or a barbecue. The jetty by the sea gets plenty of sun in the afternoon and evening, but there is also enough shade provided by the pine trees. The house is a 20mins walk away from the village, and in May the roadside was full with wildflowers. Keep in mind that Sobra is a very quiet place, and the house is even more remote. You have to like that, but we did.

Iris welcomed us warmly, the accommodation is very comfortable, well-equipped and very clean. We were able to do everything on foot, walk to Nugal Beach and the next day take the ferry to Brac. We liked Makarska.

Incredible experience in Dubrovnik. This location is so convenient!!! You are walking distance to all major attractions. My wife and I rented a car and coincidentally, the place was 4 minute walking too. The space is so cozy, comfortable, and the hosts made it feel like home. They provided everything we needed to decrease travel stress. The bed was comfortable, AC allowed for comfortable sleeping, and the pool view was unreal. If I’m back in Dubrovnik, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Don’t think twice, the money is 100% worth it.

My husband and I had a great 17 day stay at this property! We travel full time and know what makes for a comfortable stay. Emilija met us at check-in and had a friend help with our luggage. Nice to have bottled water in fridge when we arrived and the recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were very helpful. The apt is clean and had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed & piping hot water. So nice to have fresh bed linens and towels offered throughout our stay. Having a washer is always a plus! Located a short walk to The Old City and Port made for great exploring. We enjoyed relaxing with ocean views in the outdoor space. Would highly recommend this property.

If you have the chance to stay at one of Ira's properties, I can only recommend booking. Ira and her family are incredibly warm and the best hosts we've had so far. We booked at very short notice and the apartment was sparkling clean. There was everything you needed. We were greeted by Ira who gave us some tips for excursions. The kids loved the heated pool. The apartment is about 5 min walk from the sea. Unfortunately, our daughter got sick on a holiday and Ira was still there for us late at night and even helped us get the needed medication. Thank you so much for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

This place was a great base for our time in Dubrovnik. A bus stop is close by (a short steep hill). I found old town to be a pleasant walk. The terrace was a fabulous place for visiting or enjoying a cup of coffee. Very private. We really loved our time here. I would definitely use this place again. Jelena was very responsive and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment is beautiful. We were given clear instructions on collecting the key and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location, loads of lovely restaurants in walking distance of the apartment. We hired a car and there are plenty of places to visit. Apartment had everything we needed, very spacious and had the most amazing views . The host checked in with us making sure all was ok. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Polace is a gem! Nikola’s property is steps from the trails, about a minute’s walk from one of the park’s visitor’s centres where you can purchase admission and get maps and information on activities in the park, and a couple of minutes from the village bakery and grocer. Nikola provides transportation to and from the ferry which makes check in stress free. He provides everything you need and is helpful and friendly. We were very happy we chose Nikola’s Airbnb and Polace!

I really enjoy living here and they have balcony which can see the Dubrovnik’s view!!!

Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Five stars and one turtle! Toni’s apartment in Dubrovnik is a true gem tucked inside the Old Town’s castle walls—like stepping into a postcard, only with Wi-Fi and a laundry machine that spins like a jet engine. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, the kitchen had every gadget imaginable and the shower water pressure was better than home. The garden was a serene oasis—until you realize you’re sharing it with five cats who rule the roost, and a very slow, very mysterious stray turtle who we named “Zoran.” Our laundry dried faster than our legs recovered from the stair climb to get there (pack light, friends). Fair warning: from 8 AM to 7 PM, your quiet courtyard becomes a live exhibit for enthusiastic tourists peering down from the castle wall above, admiring the flowers, the vines, and possibly your drying underwear. So… maybe skip the leopard print. All in all, an unforgettable stay. Thanks, Toni!

We had such a wonderful stay in this apartment. The host is very responsive and super friendly and you can reach out to her any time during the stay! The apartment itself is spacious with amazing views out the windows and the big balcony/terrace was our favourite. We stayed for 11 nights and everything we needed was in the apartment. The kitchen is great and has crockery, dish washer, big fridge, all utensils etc. The location is great it was so nice to be close to everything but in a quiet area at the same time. I would recommend this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

What a perfect apartment for our week in Dubrovnik! Ivana is a lovely and helpful host, the apartment is spotless and well-equipped and the location is very convenient with a terrific view! Do not hesitate to book this - you'll love it, too. Maro arranged excellent day trips for us (he's a great help!) and Ivana even helped us with re-booking flights home. They are easy to communicate with and always reply promptly. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough - 10 stars, if we could!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay in Luko’s apartment. The accommodation is in a great location with a beautiful view of the old town and Lokrum island. It was even better than the lovely photos, spacious, tastefully decorated and with a terrific kitchen, fantastic shower and two lovely balconies. It is a short walk to the old town making it a great base from which to explore. Luko is a great host. He facilitated us when we left our bags off early and also arranged for a taxi to pick us up and drop us back to the airport (Antonio the driver was great). We highly recommend Luko and his wonderful apartment.

The apartment was in a lovely quite location, with easy access to the old town. Apartment had everything you would need and the hosts were very helpful and offered great recommendations.

We feel so lucky to have been able to stay at Nives apartment for our honeymoon. It’s an absolute paradise and felt like an oasis of calm despite being only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik Old Town. The hot tub and the garden (beautifully and lovingly cared for by Nives’ mother) were real highlights for us. Lying in the hot tub, watching the swallows swoop overhead as the bells of the city rang out, will forever live in our memories. The apartment itself was perfect - can’t fault a thing. So clean, and pretty and with every amenity you could possibly need. And the views! Wow!!Nives and her father, Paul, were wonderful - such friendly and responsive hosts. We felt so looked after! If you can book this place then do it - you won’t be disappointed!
