Non si può arrivare a Capurgana via terra. Due sono le possibilità, via mare dal porto di Turbo ogni giorno parte alle 8,30 della mattina un battello che in 2,5 ore di viaggio arriva a Capurgana. con aereo da Medellin sino all'aereoporto di Accandi e da qui in 20 min di battello si arriva a Capurgana.
