Beautiful cottage, amazing waterfront. We spent so much time enjoying the outside using the kayaks and canoes, BBQ, hot tub and firepit. Jordan was a wonderful host with quick communication. Definitely would stay here again

The Red Haus was excellent trip. Lots of nature around the place, space to play games. Plenty of privacy, and attractions around the place. The hosts were always responsive and clear with instructions. Great for a larger group size as there is enough beds around the house and common space. Property was as described.

We had an amazing stay at Greg’s cottage. It was the perfect getaway and the perfect mix between cozy cottage and fancy amenities! We loved the sauna and the hot tub, they were amazing additions to Greg’s. The beds were super comfortable as well which is always a plus at a cottage. Greg was always responsive and was super helpful. We cannot wait to come back to this cozy cottage! Thanks Greg!

This cottage was perfectly curated for a family/friend’s getaway! Their home was spacious, and well equipped from the kitchen to the fire outside. If you didn’t have a plan for the weekend, they have a detailed booklet on everything near by. I really appreciated them giving us the heads up on the northern lights, and providing 2 Bon Echo Park passes to the guests! The communication was fast, and the location was perfect. There’s nothing more I could even ask for.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome thanks to Casey and Moose who went out of their way to create a warm, inviting vibe. The place was spotless and had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was peaceful and private, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The little touches, like cozy blankets, fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful amenities such as multiple streaming options and games, really made the stay easy and enjoyable.

What an amazing getaway for large groups or families. Our host was amazing with communication and they absolutely went over and above when it comes to amenities, especially the STOCKED coffee bar, games and toys for kids. Plenty of life jackets and fridge/freezer space. Pool was heated and the hot tub was a hit! 10/10 would recommend!

Incredible property, secluded and private. Stunning views of the lake and the sun sets are incredible from the dock. Kayaks included were awesome fun and the local area had everything you needed (+friendly people!) Cassidy was quick to respond to questions and clear with instructions prior to our arrival. Book this cabin!!

Great, clean little cottage. Very easy to get to and I just the right size for a small family to stay. Neighbourhood is very friendly. We loved walking our dog around and saying hello. We will be staying again in the future.

Staying at Julia’s place was a great experience ! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better). The space was cozy, stylish, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Julia was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience.

My husband and I had the most magical last minute getaway at Jeff and Jenn's place. Located right on the water and surrounded by lush green fields, it was just he escape into nature that we needed. Jeff provided very clear instructions on how to find the cottage, which helped when our GPS gave the wrong directions. Inside it's like twin cottage spaces with two kitchens and two living rooms and four bedrooms. Would be a great setup with another couple or family. We hope to come back with friends! Would definitely recommend staying here to access all that the County has to offer. Bonus Sandbanks park pass allowed us to visit the provincial park and access several hiking trails. Coffee and coffeemaker on site, allowed us to get up and go. We also very much enjoyed flipping through the archive of National Geographics! Thanks for a great stay!

Alan and Rosalie’s place was exactly as described. Such a beautiful private spot. Rosalie greeted us when we arrived and she was very kind and helpful. We wanted for nothing! Their cottage literally has everything! I actually over packed lol I’m not used to that. We had a mix of weather during our stay and it was great to have fans, heaters and a fireplace when we needed. The private lake is so peaceful and beautiful. We felt right at home. Alan and Rosalie were very accommodating and I would not hesitate to go back!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful waterfront property. The place was clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. Check-in was super easy, and the host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and communicated everything clearly. I really appreciated how smooth everything was from start. This is a beautiful cottage with stunning views, a nice big deck and garden overlooking the lake and everything you need for a relaxing cottage stay.

Michael’s place was great! It was very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, very nicely decorated in a calm style and everything one wanted was there and more! Michael was a great host! We had a wonderful time! Also the resort had lots of activities including a great Elvis impersonator show. Elvis sang all of his hits for 2 hours. One felt very safe in this gated community. We played tennis, mini golf and walked on the beach. There was so much more to do! The location is so close to amazing wineries. Our favorites were Huff Estate winery and gallery, Sugarbush and Crimson Cider for frozen slushies and Hendricks BBQ. We also explored some of the bakeries for butter tarts, muffins, etc. while exploring Picton, Cherry Valley and Prince Edward. We also visited famous Sandbanks Provincial Park, thanks to Michael, and experienced walking on the beach in this ocean like setting and observing all of the great wild life. We highly recommend this place!

When we first entered this property, we saw that the cottage exceeded our expectations. It was bright, spacious, comfortable and had a beautiful view of Moira Lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and the deck facing the lake had comfortable seating for relaxing and outdoor dining. When I had a question, Tracey responded promptly in a friendly and helpful way. My family and I are already making plans for our next stay at Thompson Cottages. Thank you, Tracey.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at Eric's cottage! The location was idyllic, loved watching the sunrise from the dock and fire in the evening right outside the back door. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for a prime rib Thanksgiving dinner! Home and bunky were very clean, bathroom spacious and again very clean. We found everything accessible and easy to find. We enjoyed using the kayaks and canoe (little cool for tye paddle boards but there are 2 to use). Eric welcomes pets and our 2 dogs loved playing and swimming in the lake. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It’s the perfect getaway—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The highlight for us has to be the sunsets. We've traveled to many places, but nothing compares to the breathtaking sunsets here. The view is simply magical, with the sky painted in the most vibrant hues. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the porch has become our favorite part of each day. We can't recommend this place enough !

Stephen's Cottage was an absolute blast for our recent getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the abundance of fun activities both inside and outside the cabin. It truly offered the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. One of my favourite activities was waking up each morning and feeding little critters with bird seeds and nuts provided by Stephen. It was unique and unexpected experience that added a special touch to our stay. Stephen was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent and there was ample information provided in the cottage for us to get oriented when we arrived. He was an absolute pleasure to rent from. We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning on coming back next year! If you're looking for an amazing escape with plenty of nature, fun, and a truly fantastic host, look no further!

Our stay at Kevin and Andrea’s was amazing from start to finish. Right from check-in they were so informative of the local area and brewerys or restaurants nearby and the place was spotless. Check in was very organized and easy. The place itself is so clean and comfortable, perfect for our mid Oct visit when all the leaves on the trees were changing. The firepit was a really nice edition as well. The area is stunning with so much nearby to do, and the park pass was so appreciated with Sandbanks being a short drive away. We felt very welcome the moment we walked in the door, thank you for creating such a lovely space!

Lovely country home right on the water with beautiful views and walkable within the cute neighbourhood. Lots of local charm and a quick drive to other quaint towns!

Amazing location with waterfront!

We really enjoyed our stay at Erica and Adam’s place. There’s so much to do in and around the cottage,it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway with plenty of options to stay active too. At one point, the water went out, but they were super responsive and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, which was impressive and very appreciated. The dishwasher wasn’t working quite right, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, a cozy, fun place with great hosts who clearly care.
