Renoverat källarplan i gammalt hus

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Liten lägenhet som utgör husets ovanvåning. På 5 min når man Kämpingestranden. På sommaren sköna bad och annars härliga promenader utmed Östersjön. Kämpinge ligger 15 min bilväg från Trelleborg och 20 min från Malmö. Också buss till Svågertorp där förbindelse finns till Köpenhamn. Angett pris avser 1 person. Vid 2 personer tillkommer 225kr/natt.
